About this ebook

We are cocreators, both directing and observing this movie called life. So are you cocreating this quest with me! Are you not producing a holographic image of this book, which contains words that we have manifested into time and space together? Like every book, this book, Making It Home, has already been written. The question you should ask is, “What part about these words and this book do I need right now in my life?” If you know the right question—or “quest you are on”—your mind will produce an answer out of the material of life itself, and the book becomes a catalyst for your own story. When you read—and more important, think—about the information in these pages, your chakras will activate, and new cognitions will be created about heaven. This of course depends on one condition: that you have a deep-seated desire to achieve joy, love, and peace in this lifetime.

I would like to express my love and gratitude to the following people:

First, I would like to thank my dad for being a living example of the spiritual principles embodied in this book. Many times, I felt his wisdom emerge through my writing, and several of the antidotes in my story were borrowed from events that occurred when he was alive.

I would like to thank Dr. Madalyn Kennedy for the time she devoted towards this project. For seven straight weeks we engaged in an unforgettable dialogue that laid the spiritual foundation for this book: finding a map of heaven through the human chakras.

I would like to thank my wife, Trish, for here love and support throughout this process. Most of the time that I dedicated towards this project was borrowed from what would otherwise be considered family time on evenings and weekends.

I would like to thank Joseph Lee Prickett for sharing his picture of a Stellated Octahedron for use on my book cover. If I could name his picture, it would be called: The Ascension.

Finally, many students and mentors within my coaching community contributed to, or tested the exercises that I included at the end of each chapter. This support network helped strengthen my resolve and belief in producing the finished product.

    Introduction

We shall not cease from exploration

And the end of all our exploring

Will be to arrive where we started

And know the place for the first time.

    —T. S. Eliot

Have you ever had the lucid experience of waking up inside a dream so real that you remembered every vivid detail the next day, and even months later? My name is Chris Clouse, and I’d like to recount one such event because I believe it contains information about larger questions in life that I hope you will remember throughout this dialogue. Perhaps you have been drawn to this book because you also share my observation: the vast majority of humans on our planet are forever seeking joy, love, and peace, but they find themselves in constant struggle to find it. Do we not have an opportunity—no, an obligation—to overcome the cause of unhappiness, war, and suffering rather than combat their effects? Have you ever heard the saying Whatever you resist persists? I believe this is the case, and therefore the answer to solving external human problems lies inside each of us and can be discerned through asking the right questions.

In actuality, the question I asked myself last summer, inspired by the passing of my father, was, How can I create more of heaven in my current life? This book is the result of exploring that question over several months, through my dreams and one-on-one conversations with a very interesting source. Simply put, the answer I received is, Heaven is wherever God is with you. Throughout this incredible dialogue, Source revealed we don’t make it to heaven, but rather we create it every day by allowing unity, creativity, integrity, divinity, prophesy, clarity, and purity to grow in our hearts and minds. These are the seven heavenly pillars explored throughout this quest of making it home. They are taught as spiritual chakra cycles that we can repeat, in the same way that Hindus learn the metaphor of the lotus flower and how each charka has a specific number of petals that correspond to new cognitions and expanding awareness in one’s life. In Making It Home, we discover a map for this soul development – a map of heaven, which is one way of creating heaven on earth. In chapter six, we are told there are many ways to heaven.

Why are most humans in our world not aligned with their purpose, or following their dreams? In short, because most of us have not learned to integrate the soul’s perspective into our lives, which leaves the mind in control, feeding our ego. This is false hope! It is a recipe to an empty life full of emotional turmoil and regret. The only way to heaven is to first recognize and then put into practice the art of living the middle way, as taught by Buddha, Jesus, and even Aristotle. To do so, one must give equal credence to mind, body, and soul.

This book tells a story of how to unlock the powers of the seven chakras, which are the heavenly portals all of us are born with. There is a way to activate this energy flow by means of a divine process that involves using one’s mind (thought), body (action), and soul (feeling).

If you think this sounds too simplistic to be true, then your mind is probably overanalyzing before knowing all the facts. This is a common challenge in the twenty-first century, which is completely dominated by left-brain thinkers. Let’s call them stereotype A.

On the other hand, let’s define stereotype B as the people among us who have gained success in life by creating a perfect physical environment. These sets of humans love their bodies and thrive on having physical possessions. Unfortunately, those aren’t attributes or things we can take to heaven!

Finally, stereotype C is comprised of people in this world who believe life is about self-sacrifice and empathy for others, to the point of depriving themselves of any luxuries. Have you noticed that these individuals rarely smile? It’s an indication they perhaps are not experiencing heaven on earth either!

The point here is not to judge anyone, because all of us have experienced a degree of the above afflictions. Rather, the basis of creating heaven on earth is to strike a balance in the mind-body-soul realms. In fact, this is what it means to be holy or complete.

Making It Home is a quest to find heaven on earth, and along the way you will learn answers to several questions, which I posed to God. Here are some of the questions discussed.

    1. What is heaven?

    2. What is the soul’s agenda?

    3. Why do we sometimes feel homesick?

    4. What was God’s first thought?

    5. Where does desire come from?

    6. What is the trinity of mind, body, and soul?

    7. What are the seven keys the mind uses to unlock unlimited power from our chakras?

    8. What are the seven spiritual powers we employ when creating heaven on earth?

    9. With whom did we choose our life mission or purpose?

    10. What is divine love?

    11. Why should we think before we speak?

    12. What role does humility play in hearing the truth?

    13. How can we predict the future?

    14. What role do archangels play in our ascension to heaven?

    15. How can we end the cycle of reincarnation?

    16. How can you activate your crystalline body?

    17. When is the second coming of Christ?

I believe that no question goes unanswered by God, when one asks with an open mind and heart. However, the exact form in which his response comes is seldom the way one imagines. During my quest of writing this book, I had the privilege of starting a dialogue with Dr.
