This book is written by Shane Marquin van Rooyen.

It was inspired by the gift of the Holy spirit.

The book contains powerful messages and words of encouragement, according to our everyday life as Christians but also humans.

Everyday we as human beings are looking out for answers to our questions we have on our minds and in our hearts and to the situations that we find ourselves in.

This book was putting together through prayer, revelations, research, notes and personal experiences.

Help and advice are the two things that we are searching for, in our daily lives.

This book goes about our hardships and struggles in life, from anxiety, depression, anger confusion, and much more.

In this book I put together 19 Topics towards our daily struggles and hardships in life as human beings, but most important our Christian life, faith and how we have to live to it.

In every topic or chapter we look at the course of our troubles, how to manage it and how to overcome it by His word.

Our help and our advice definitely comes from Above, from God and His throne.

Therefore He has given us the authority to rule over every situation we find ourselves in.

Our pain , our sufferings and also our struggles.

In this book is a little something from everything we need, to equip us as Christians, but also to bring progress and improvement to our believes with faith, it surely can bring a big different in our daily lives or even complete healing and transformation in what we are struggling with.

It is written material wich we definitely can learn from, but also can teach from.

We can apply the help and advice from above to our own lives, but we can also apply it by His word to another love one’s life.

Be encourage, be strengthen trough faith in our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ.

Instead, try saying things like, There’s help available; we’ll find it together, A lot of people love you. You don’t have to get through this alone, or I’ve seen you get through extremely challenging times in the past, I believe in you.

Checking up on someone is like shining a light in the darkness. It can make all the difference. Don’t underestimate the power of a simple text or call a word of encouragement. Checking up on someone can make their day. Checking up on someone is a way of showing that you value their presence in your life.
