    Biblical affirmations are positive statements based on the truth of God’s word that you declare over yourself and your situation. They can help you renew your mind, strengthen your faith, and align your thoughts and actions with God’s will.

    For example, if you are feeling insecure and unworthy, you can affirm that you are fearfully and wonderfully made by God (Psalm 139:14), that He knows you by name and calls you His own (Isaiah 43:1), that He has a plan and a future for you (Jeremiah 29:11), that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5), that He is for you and not against you (Romans 8:31), that He delights in you and rejoices over you with singing (Zephaniah 3:17).
