I searched for love and peace in this world, but instead found sadness as I lost myself in it. I was stuck between the weight of expectations and the quest to find myself. Both paths turned out to be empty, as I realised I wasn't looking from within. It was during my lowest point, when I fell to the ground like a broken bird, that I discovered growth and redirection. Through the pain and struggles, I learned to soar and rise again. Despite the attacks from others, their hurtful words became tears that nourished the soil of my soul. These experiences not only brought about change, but also became the foundation on which I built my new self.

Chapter 1 Oneness  & The Soul.

All in Oneness.

Everything in creation is interconnected, forming a unified whole. This oneness means that we are all connected to everything and everyone, while still having our own individual experiences through the journey we call life. Life is deep, much like consciousness and spirituality if we contemplate on it deeply, we realise there is no single word that can fully describe its phenomenal existence. The mere thought of living, thinking, being, and existing consciously is a marvel in it’s own right. The sheer beauty lies in the power to shape your purpose and find your place in society.

Personally, what humbles me is the significance of it all. Regardless of the size or role we each play, we are interconnected. A significant role can impact smaller roles, and smaller roles can impact significant ones. It's important to note that we all have unique worldly experiences, with distinct traits and purposes, whether they are small or large. They all intertwine and contribute to one another's journey and purpose.

The significance of anything needs to be compared to something else to give it purpose and meaning. Good cannot exist without evil to challenge it. Nothing exists in isolation; being challenged is what gives existence purpose. Your body, soul, and mind are all divine. However, it's crucial to be mindful of what you expose yourself to, as everything has an effect, whether big or small, it will influence you in some way.

Life can be challenging, and what you allow into your being as well as what you do shapes who you are. Take responsibility for your life and soul, understand yourself and the contributions you bring to existence. Be accountable for your choices, but also be gentle with yourself. Live with purpose and remember that our fates were written long before we entered this world. We must grow with an understanding of our destinies, but we only truly comprehend them when we follow the light of our Creator.

There is no greater joy than pursuing our purposes. By doing so, we find our sense of belonging and individual direction. This book serves as a testament not only to spirituality but also to my own personal growth and self-realisation within society. Consider this book as a guide to a deeper, universal understanding of spirituality and the governing factors within it. Please note that everything mentioned in this book stems from my own understanding and experiences. Spirituality holds different meanings for various people and cultures; this is simply my interpretation. I hope this book satisfies you, but always remember that the answers to the universe lie within.
