About this ebook

There is a difference between religion and spirituality. But both groups have a similar problem with hypocrisy. Sometimes this hypocrisy is obvious and deliberate, but for most people they don't even realize that what they claim to "believe in" is not reflected in the life they are living.

The drive to understand yourself and the purpose of life is a natural one. Suppressing it or hiding behind things you were trained to believe hurts everyone. Learn to connect to your own truth and find your own way in this world.
