Author’s Note
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with remarkable teams and brands on groundbreaking projects. In this book, I’ll share with you some of the innovative solutions and challenges we’ve conquered together. My intention is not to hand you a ready-made blueprint but to inspire you to think unconventionally as you pursue seamless hiring within your organization. At the core of my philosophy lie empathy for the candidate experience and kindness in the recruiting process.
I’m also a technology nerd. You’ll see references and guides to tools and automation. But tools don’t operate themselves. And companies are composed of people. So we shouldn’t attempt to automate our way out of the people business.
By adopting this mindset, you can cultivate an environment that fosters innovation, attracts exceptional talent, and champions candidate-centric recruitment strategies. Together, let’s explore the limitless possibilities that await when we dare to think outside the box and treat job candidates with the kindness and empathy they deserve.
We are, after all, hiring humans, aren’t we?
