The Getaway Thief - Chelsea K. Jack
Chapter 1
It was a beautiful and yet another crowded day at Aero's most popular Theme Park by the sea called Felicity Fun-Park. Where laughter and conversations brought life into the atmosphere. Vendors filled the air with their delightful, irresistible, mouth watering, homemade and street-made meals. That hungry children can not get enough of stuffing their faces with and also getting their fingers sticky in some sweet cotton candy animals.
It was a delight for all except one, a young man in black jeans and a hoodie that covered his face. He has sticky hands that can't get enough of grabbing wallets from people's pockets. He is a professional at what he does and could never get caught. As he stops by every woman he meets dressed with gorgeous and expensive jewelry. To take photos with them and chitter-chatter but as soon as he gets a hold of their jewels sneakily. He would shove it in his pocket and walk away like nothing tragic ever happened.
Though there is always a time when one gets hungry and temptation to get food is a must. The man in black had his eyes on a vendor's freshly baked bread and not a penny he wished to spend. He went to the vendor, who was big in size. Grabbed a loaf of bread and asked what his price was. Unknown to what the man in black might do, the kind vendor turned to shine his glass after drinking his orange juice and told the man his prize.
The man in black took the moment to take advantage of the vendor's trust and quickly dropped the bread into a bag he found on a hook. Quickly he picked up another loaf of bread and held it in the same manner as the other. To the vendor's eyes when he turned back around, the bread seemed a bit strange and maybe different. He quickly doubted his eye site because his stand seemed to still be in order. The man in black dropped the bread amongst the others and acted out, refusing to pay in an attempt to just walk away. It didn't take long for the vendor to keep count of his bread and found one missing.
''How could he!'' He yelled and watched as the man in black started running amongst the crowd.
The vendor covered the rest of his bread and chased after the man amongst the crowd. Catching up to him, the vendor grabbed the hood of the black hoodie. To slow him down but for a skinny man, the man in black put up a good fight and sent the vendor over the wall. The wall between the pavement and sea. The
