Chapter 1

Running through the lonely streets at night.

Is a woman all dolled up in a red slimming dress and heels with height.

That got spoiled by every puddle she mashed in the dark city of Aridam.

Her heart beats the chest as it pounds like a drum.

Makeup of confidence all washed away by fear,

And her curly strands of hair.

As it blows in the wind and right by her eye.

With every head turn she makes, she wants to cry.

The person in the shallows still follows her from behind.

Suddenly the coast was clear for a moment in time, but the darkness left her to be blind.

She stopped to breathe and looked around to see her surroundings were clear.

Unfortunately, her luck dried up when the man appeared from the shallows.

Quickly he grabbed her like a barrel and her heel dug his foot like an arrow.

She struggled to fight while he tightened his grip and cried out in pain.

As drips of blood flow on the ground as it drains.

He pulled out a rag that has Chloroform

and shoved it over her mouth and nostrils.

Knocking her out with the power of the drug. He took her, disappearing in the dark shadows.

A woman saw but it was far too late, they were already gone.

So she pulled out her phone and the police she called.

Early the next morning......

Felix and his daughter Astra visited Zhihao at the palace. They had planned an early morning picnic together with Zhihao because she has a meeting scheduled around 12p.m. Felix and Astra came prepared with a basket full of food.

While Zhihao brought outside with her, the picnic blanket, cups, plates and a knife. They set everything up in the flower garden at the back and enjoyed their little time together. Unfortunately the fun came to an end when Felix got an emergency call.

''What's wrong?'' Zhihao asked.

''I have to go actually. I got a call from your brother Alec and it's not good. A woman got kidnapped near Appetite Delights Restaurant in Aridam last night and I'm needed at the crime scene.'' Felix said.

''That's horrible. Okay just go. I'll look after Astra for you.'' Zhihao said while standing up and lifting Astra.

''You sure?'' Felix asked, looking worried.

''Yes, she is safe here as long as she is with me. Just go.'' Zhihao replied, trying to get him to leave.

Felix gave Astra a fist pump before heading straight to the crime scene.

At the crime scene......

Police officers had already surrounded the area where the woman got kidnapped. Placing caution tape between the two buildings. Alec was trying to ask the witness questions but she seemed to be a bit hesitant in answering. She also looked nervous too.

Felix had arrived a bit late, hopping out of
