Step-by-Step Dropshipping
In five years, he received a total of 73 different training sessions on e-commerce, among these instructors are individuals who have built some of the world's largest companies from scratch, as well as those who have gone from creating simple store structures to copy-pasting. There are dozens of different names, covering a spectrum from starting companies from scratch to building a mega corporation, to those who begin with a basic store structure.
In this book, I will discuss four distinct elements that, when learned and applied from these training sessions, can truly accelerate your e-commerce journey by tenfold. Let's jump right in with the first point.
Our first step is to choose your e-commerce journey. Essentially, in e-commerce, there are two paths: following demands and creating demands. The entire e-commerce world is divided into these two categories. The first path involves building an e-commerce model where you cater to existing demands, based on products and keywords that people are already searching for. The second path involves identifying problems in people's lives and presenting solutions to create demands. Amazon, Trendyol, and eBay, among others, differ in this manner. In one scenario, people are already visiting these platforms to buy what they want, searching for their desired products and choosing from a list of manufacturers or sellers. In the other scenario, you establish a store, attempt to sell products as solutions, and target people on social media with the idea that you have a solution to their problems. Essentially, the difference is that one is a consumer-led approach, and the other is a problem-solving approach.
Both paths can lead to profits, but the crucial thing to remember is that you must choose one of these paths. If you are starting an advanced store, you must be present in both types of avenues. For instance, Nike and Adidas need to be on platforms like Amazon where people are looking for products, but they also have to generate demand on their own websites. However, if you're just starting out, you need to choose one of these paths. The dynamics of the two paths are entirely different. What I specialize in is creating demand through my own store, and within that specialization, there are three important factors that we'll delve into shortly: the product, the creative aspect, and the offer.
These three factors are so crucial that you cannot sell a bad product with great advertising, nor can you sell a good product with terrible creativity and content. Similarly, a fantastic product cannot be sold effectively with a poor offer. Therefore, it's essential to understand these three factors and make them work together seamlessly. So, let's dive into the second point without further delay.
The second point is the creative aspect. Essentially, this encompasses crafting your product and marketing materials in a way that makes them irresistible to your target audience. Remember, a product alone doesn't mean much; you need to package it in a way that resonates with potential buyers. The key lies in capturing the audience's attention quickly and then maintaining their interest throughout the process. For instance, in an advertisement, you're not initially focused on making a sale; your primary objective is to make viewers pause for 2-3 seconds, compelling them to watch further. Subsequently, you aim to engage them for 15-20 seconds, encouraging them to read the accompanying text. Your ultimate goal is to get them to click and land on your page. Therefore, the creative process involves aligning each stage with the overall strategy, from grabbing attention to encouraging interaction, and finally, guiding them towards taking action.
The third point is the offer. Just imagine I presented an iPhone and asked who would pay $100,000 for it? No one would raise their hand. But what if I then said that this iPhone contained all the marketing training I've received over the past ten years, worth over a million dollars? Suddenly, hands start going up. The point here is that the value of an offer isn't solely determined by the product itself; it's about how you frame it, especially in relation to your target audience. A $100,000 offer might be perceived differently by different people, depending on their specific needs and interests. The key is tailoring your offer to resonate with your audience and making it irresistible. This step is where the magic happens; transforming an ordinary product into an extraordinary offer.
In conclusion, the secret isn't necessarily in what these 73 training sessions taught but rather in how effectively you apply their principles to your strategy. By understanding your product, crafting creative materials that align with your target audience, and tailoring your offer to be irresistible, you can achieve remarkable success in the ever-evolving world of e-commerce. It's about creating a system that engages, excites, and converts your audience, ultimately leading to profits that you might have never imagined.

To address this, I'll guide you through a step-by-step sequence that's not only applicable to my channel but also to anyone seeking information about making money online.
Firstly, let's talk about The Beginner's Mistake.
Many beginners make the mistake of seeking a secret formula, a trading secret, or an Amazon secret to find a source of income. However, the main issue here is that money doesn't work that way. The reason many people search for shortcuts is because they don't really understand money. As a culture, we tend to skip understanding the fundamentals and jump straight to results. So, before you decide to jump into making money through Amazon or other means, it's crucial to understand how money actually works. This requires changing your perspective on money. Our education system doesn't teach us about money, so we need to educate ourselves about how money works. This book will help you do that. It's important to understand how money functions, otherwise, you'll spend your life chasing unattainable goals.
Now, once you've shifted your perspective on money, you'll notice that I primarily discuss two topics on my channel: digital marketing and e-commerce. There's a slight distinction between the two, and I recommend them to different types of people. To better understand these paths, it's essential to grasp the core principles of money first. Once you understand these principles, you'll be able to identify market problems that you can solve. However, it's important to realize that none of us can build a new Amazon from scratch, nor do we need to. This is where realism comes into play. You need to ask yourself if you have the necessary resources, whether financial or time-related, to pursue a certain solution. This is where the choice between e-commerce and digital marketing comes in. You need to evaluate which path suits you best based on your circumstances.
Let's start with the First Path.
If you don't have a significant capital but have time and the ability to trade your time for money, this path might be suitable for you. You'll need to learn a skill first because you won't have enough capital for e-commerce initially. After acquiring a skill, you can convert it into a service. This is what we call digital marketing. There are various aspects of digital marketing, such as email marketing, sales, advertising, and more. Each aspect requires a specific skill set. If digital marketing aligns with your skills and interests, I recommend starting with it. You can learn more about it in this book. Keep in mind that digital marketing provides opportunities for various skillsets. After mastering a skill, you can offer digital marketing services to individuals or businesses for a fee. There's a significant demand for this field in Turkey. If you have less than $2,500 in capital, digital marketing is a suitable option. Remember, this doesn't mean you can't start with e-commerce; I'll explain that shortly. If your capital is below $2,500, I recommend starting with digital marketing. Watch the book I mentioned earlier and shift your perspective on money. If digital marketing aligns with your skills and interests, proceed with it.
