Email marketing is still going strong. It’s one of the most cost-efficient and direct ways to communicate with your audience but there’s been a change of tone in recent years. Post pandemic, brands (and individuals) have realised that an authentic voice that resonates and is relevant to their customer is the one that sells – or rather ‘connects’. Sales bombardment, offers or pushy newsletters won’t wash anymore and are soon unsubscribed.
