After she showered and dressed for work, Amanda walked down to the kitchen. She poured two cups of coffee, added cream and sugar to one, then walked back upstairs and knocked on Erica’s office door.

Come in, Erica called.

Amanda walked in and handed a cup to Erica. Good morning.

Good morning, Amanda, but why are you bringing my coffee? Where’s Sylvie?
