Deciding to take a peek Kevin climbs the wall and get a first look at Danielle, then he falls. Danielle is excited for her long weekend from school. Her planning is interrupted when she hears a shout coming from the wall. What happens next is a tell as old as time.
The title of this collection “Amateurs” starts off with Amanda and Sabrina having never attempted a heist this big before. Nerds at heart and bored one day, Amanda and Sabrina have robbed a bank or three, they decide to set their sights on the biggest score ever. The Camden Museum. Will they pull it off or will they finally get caught?
“The Break” takes a look at Crystal a mother of three who’s at her wits end. Having not had a break since the twins were born, Jason, Crystal’s husband arranges a surprise getaway just for her.
In “Just My Luck” Jacob Morrison has decided to give online dating a try. He meets David and the two hit it off online. Being a shy individual, Jacob has stood David up twice and he doesn’t want to make it a third time. But with his luck, maybe meeting David isn’t a good idea after all.
The last book in the collection “The Roommate” follows Samantha and Claire two roommates, not necessarily friends, but they get along. One night Samantha sees Claire and wonders what she’s doing, so she follows her. Samantha learns that Claire is a sleepwalker and when Claire asks for her help to overcome it, she can’t say no.

The day was sunny and there was a nice breeze flowing. Kevin and his friends were hanging out under the big oak tree that had been growing on their school’s campus for who knew how long.

So, what do you think we should do this weekend? Davis said. He sat with his back to the tree, knees drawn up with a sketch pad on his lap.

Kevin and Jon tossed the ball back and forth, How about the lake? Jon said.
