Do You Know Poetry is Therapeutic? - Walter the Educator

    One

    set you free

In the realm of calm and tranquility,

Where worries fade and troubles flee,

    I present a poem, a soothing balm,

To help you relax and find your calm.

Beneath a sky of azure blue,

In a meadow where wildflowers grew,

Lie down upon the softest ground,

And let your worries all unwind.

Feel the gentle breeze upon your face,

As it carries away stress, leaving no trace,

Let the sun's warm rays caress your skin,

And let go of the tension that lies within.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath,

Inhale the scent of nature's breath,

Exhale the worries that cloud your mind,

And feel your anxieties left behind.

Listen to the symphony of nature's song,

As the birds chirp and the wind hums along,

Let the melodies wash over your soul,

And feel your spirit becoming whole.

As you lie there, relaxed and still,

Allow your thoughts to wander at will,

Imagine yourself in a peaceful place,

    Where serenity and calm embrace.

Picture a waterfall, cascading with grace,

Its soothing waters, a gentle embrace,

Let its rhythmic flow wash over your being,

And feel your stress and anxiety fleeing.

In this moment of peace, you are free,

To release the burdens that weigh heavily,

    Embrace the stillness deep within,

    And let relaxation truly begin.

So, take this poem as a guide,

To find your calm, let stress subside,

    Inhale tranquility, exhale anxiety,

And let relaxation set you free.
