Regardless of your religion, your belief system, or how you perceive everything around you, your origin is divine, and because it is divine, the energy that permeates everything is always within your reach. We are part of a greater whole.

After much research, I have discovered that in different cultures, there is a belief that unseen or unfelt energies have control over everything that surrounds us. Even in cultures completely different and separated by oceans, their beliefs in the unseen are identical in essence.

Cultures around the planet have believed, since time immemorial, in gods who control everything and offer worship to deserve their favor. This form of faith is deeply rooted in human DNA; there is no escaping it, so we always believe and will always believe in something greater than ourselves. However, humanity has progressed, and we no longer live in ignorance.

Scientists would argue that what we call religiosity, faith, or whatever name one wishes to give it, is nothing more than a mental state, but they all agree that when we seek strength in the unknown, our mental state changes, our perception of the world changes, and miracles happen.

In writing this book on Energy Healing, I have become convinced that many ailments do not originate in the physical body, although it is in this physical body that the ailment manifests. This manifestation occurs because we are beings endowed with five senses, and we only become aware of an ailment when it progresses beyond the energetic sphere and reaches these senses.

Throughout the following pages, we will delve into the depths of energy healing, immersing ourselves in the mysteries and ancient practices that permeate different traditions.
