Introduction

Angels

There is no perfect way to make direct contact with your family in spirit or indeed Guides, Angels or God source within us all, it is a case of trying the following various proven methods such as:-

Noticing meaningful Signs such as feathers, coins, numbers, songs, birds or animals. Deep Breaths, raises energy levels to meditate and communicate. Reading books that are spiritual, angelic, healing or shamanic. Being Mindful during Nature walks, respecting and appreciating nature. Peacefulness, Positivity: Happy thoughts, Sending Light, Love and Healing to others. Singing Dancing, Gentle music, in fact anything creative that brings you joy. Learning Healing modalities, such as Reiki, Relaxation, or Meditation. Spiritual Readings with energy healers who may bring the name of your Guide, Guardian Angel and/or the name of an Angelic who is working with you at any given time. Invocation of Angelics and Guides will take you to the level of communication with the higher realms. Dreams and Visualisations will guide you but daily Mantras and Prayers will help open up your inner and higher self. Last but not least, holding and communicating with crystals which hold the ultimate balancing energy grids for us humans. When a Guide or Angel feels you are ready to receive their knowledge and validation of their presence and identity this is usually revealed to you, when the time is right. Soul

My life has been a continuous ebb and flow of angelic, spiritual and soul experiences culminating in my becoming a reiki healer, psychic medium and author of three angel books. But there was always something missing and that something was, I believe knowledge and experience of the ‘soul connection’ with my soul group or soul family.

That gap was filled shortly after meeting the renowned past life regressionist Paul Williamson at a Mind Body Spirit fair in London. Paul was fully booked that day but I later contacted him and this was followed up by my first session. That revealed who I truly am now as this was the start of accessing the qualities previously earned in my previous lifetimes on earth. In The Soul chapter of this book you can read the story about some of the past lives I experienced in these regressions and the people who played a part in those lives. The full conversations that took place between me, my guides, the divine angels, guides and spirits I encountered in all those sessions with Paul Williamson are published in a book I wrote called ‘Heaven Knows Why’ published by Balboa Books a subsidiary of Hay House Publications.

Spirit

To connect and communicate with spirit you have to become a seeker so that what you are seeking at each stage of your awakening is given the opportunity to reveal who or what they are many would call this discernment. Learning to discern that who you are communicating with is a good energy and not a disruptive energy. Also, why they are with you and the reason they are connecting with you should be with the blessing of the natural force of higher universal energies. Many guides surround us if we choose to become what is called a lightworker who draws down divine white light and energy and sends healing light to others.

A few of my friends in spirit who all passed on within two years of each other share the stories of their lives in the spirit world and touch on thoughts of their actual passing. The first was a well-known professional medium, followed by a few well-known professional singers also an American actor who contacted me for a spiritual reading before he passed on. It is clear that their journeys are still continuing with the help and guidance from enlightened ones, guides and angels on the other side of life.

At the back of this book you will see the daily grounding of energies I use myself and a method of Invoking the Angels to bring extra healing energy to yourself. I created these two methods to bring about more energy in my life on any given day together with a short explanation of the benefits. Burning a white sage cone and sending Peace, Love and Harmony to our surroundings daily helps remove any accumulated negative energies and adds more healing to the world we co-habit.

The Galactics

Someone asked me who or what are these and here was my answer:

The group that I channel messages from dwell in the spirit realms. They are kindly gentle and educated when I communicate with them. They talk to mediums such as myself to help us bring more light and love to our planet to help us all through these difficult unprecedented times.

Some I speak with have formed what is called ‘a collective.’ They could be someone who has lived on earth maybe in the times of Atlantis but now works in spirit form to inspire peoples of earth to meditate pray and believe in light as a healing factor for us humans and of earth as a whole. On the subject of healing it was the collective and backed up by Archangel Michael, who predicted earlier on when the covid virus struck us worldwide; that a vaccine was being downloaded to the scientists to produce. It had to be tested of course and now it has been made public that it is available to us all.

There are zillions worldwide who communicate with the Galactics/Angelics/God/Universal energies and Spirit Guides not only to create a better future for us All but also to encourage us to believe that this is happening right now.

We help by seeing light and sending this to heal others. They help us by keeping us informed on current worldwide energies on an even greater scale as they are even closer to ‘Source Energy’. I was told by the bird angel of a blackbird that sits aloft our cedar tree that our beloved pet staffie who passed on a few years ago, is with them and hears what we say. In other words, is walking with us and hears us as well as sees us. The bird angel also said my grandfather was with them along with parents and a big family. What a comfort that they are all alive and well and not just elsewhere unknown to us but around us most likely looking after us by passing on messages on to the higher realms to bring more clarity in our lives as well as help and much needed abundance on all levels.

I have been surrounding myself with the blue and gold light energies for a number of years now but it is true they are now being manifested to everyone. I was told by my god within to simply place the gold and blue energies into each chakra of my body and that anyone can do this to bring extra healing that’s beneficial for us all individually and can be sent to others too.

I have been noticing a huge change with the orbs that are appearing in the sky to me. They do appear though too many millions worldwide now in their homes, on televisions, computers, mobiles and photos. And yes they can come and go, appear and disappear; manifest is the word to describe their existence.

They are being manifested by us. We are the Creators and we are manifesting the changes in the world. There is no need to wonder if we are qualified to use the blue light ray and gold heart light ray. It’s been proven by healers, therapists and lightworkers that these powerful energies are here ‘for the good of All’. So it is safe for us all to breathe in gently, focus on the heart centre, say think and feel you are breathing in mother earth energy, sending it out to the universe and placing golden and blue light in through and around yourself, for grounding, healing and uplifting! Once your inner being and outer aura is filled with blue and golden light rays, we can send this to others for healing.

Archangel Michael speaks to us all of the power of our heart centres when sending love light healing to others, including mother earth; who is in indeed of healing right now. He added that our angels guardian angels, guides and spirit helpers are around us every day and they are closer to us all more now than ever.

With the virus pandemic upon us we have everything to gain by using the blue ray light energies that have been sent to us…..to use along with the golden light energy.

Message from God Within:

The blue ray energy encompasses all that is needed by humans at this stage of ascension.

The gold ray energy encompasses the need of planet earth and the individual human being.

Please use both for grounding, healing and upliftment and share/send to others when needed by them.

Both are powerful energies that will assist on many levels for the human race advancement.

The blue and gold rays of Light are here for everyone, they have been sent to earth to help us raise the vibrations within and without to assist with the ascension of planet earth and all its inhabitants.

ONE

The Wish

My wish began to come true the day that my Dad spoke to me directly from the world of spirit. I was both nervous and excited at the same time the day that I went to see a medium named Sylvia who had been recommended to me. Firstly, she told me that my Nan on my Mum’s side had made contact with her and she was asking Sylvia to tell me: "If Christine doesn’t slow down in life I will put reins on her and slow her down! Then she brought through my Dad who wanted to speak to me, I remember how very spiritually naïve I was back then and a bit in awe of all things spiritual.

I had taken a friend along and she made notes of what the medium was saying. Dad told me via Sylvia that if I sit silently at home he would speak directly to me. That evening when I got home I tried it, not knowing if I would get a reply but I was in for a shock because it worked, as he said:

It’s me Dad, you asked for me to speak to you

Those words meant everything to me and I was so happy to speak with him and he must have felt the same as we both began crying. I would say they were tears of happiness tinged with regret. Regret for not having made this contact earlier, but that is the way of the spirit world as things only happen when the time is right.

Another secret wish of mine was to find out who was my great grandmother and why she gave birth to my Nan Rose (on my mum’s side) then left her to grow up in an institution in Essex.

Let me explain. There was always an air of mystery surrounding my Nan Rose’s birth. My mum grew up knowing her mum was ‘illegitimate’ or the other derogatory term used back in the day was ‘born out of wedlock’. It was frowned upon in the late 1800’s right up to the 1950’s to have a baby without being married to the father of the baby. So all sorts of ways around this were invented, for instance the pregnant girls’ own mother would ‘adopt’ the baby as her own. Another way, as in my great grandmother’s case was for the pregnant woman to go to another area or even overseas to give birth to avoid bringing shame on the family.

I discovered this when delving into my family history as I tried to piece together my family tree. Nan Rose was born in a nursing home in Shoreditch, London and after two days the records showed that she had to leave with the baby. I tracked down Nan Rose to a boarding school of sorts which I will call an institution in Essex. Meanwhile I traced her mother via a heritage site to Canada where she was married to a farmer and had other children. She was of Dutch descent and her family had migrated to Ontario a generation before. I was sent a photo of my great grandmother and could see the likeness. I knew there must be a good reason for her to travel to England and discreetly declare she was a domestic servant, have a baby and disappear back to Canada. After visiting the
