INTRODUCTION

My ability to access higher-frequency thought began through health necessity. Through regular daily meditation, I learned to still and calm my over-active and nervous brain. Teaching myself to write in a daily journal with my left, non-dominant hand assisted this developmental phase. Through relaxing, sensing full body and mind feelings, and attentive listening, I opened my heart and mind to frequencies of thought normally filtered out of awareness. I developed a loving, and trusting relationship with my many interdimensional trainers, both celestial and of the stars, who taught me so much.

During this early training period, I learned to experience astrology from an intuitive and feeling perspective, awakening many soul memories of ancient knowledge as I did so. Because I am a sceptic, I always sought proof. I didn’t believe in astrology until I applied it to myself.

Then I knew, without a shadow of a doubt, that it worked as a psychological and self-healing tool when practiced and applied to self. I healed myself from my ailments and through my faith in astrology and in Divine Spirit guiding me. I learned many invaluable techniques to accelerate my journey and that of my students into higher consciousness, through self-awareness.

My healing tools have been a combination of evolutionary and esoteric astrology, soul psychology and spirituality. New languages needed to be learned. Not only an astrological language but also one of esoteric psychology, metaphysics and spirituality, and once learned, uniting all three into simple coherent expression.

In my experience, astrology is a universal language of the soul, and as such can be used to uncover, and to become aware of, the subconscious psychology that drives us into creating and living life as we do. When we learn to observe ourselves from a ‘watcher’ perspective realising we are the creators of our reality, we can commit to doing whatever is necessary to bring about effective and positive internal change. In so doing, we learn to harmonise our subconscious motivations and allow our intuitive higher mind to guide our lives. This process enables union between our internal feminine and internal masculine’s objective and analytical mind.

Following an initial astrology reading in 1987, my oldest daughter, Christine, gave me my first astrology book. I did not have a birth chart at that time however I didn’t need one to read and understand the book. Spiritual Astrology, Your Personal Path to Self-fulfillment by Jan Spiller and Karen McCoy.

When reading it, revelation followed revelation. Truth was felt and known. The written words in the section on the pre-natal eclipses described my inner struggle to make sense of my reality. With a pre-natal lunar-eclipse in Gemini specific words resonate as truth, or otherwise, within me. My body and soul recognise and respond to key words.

In the author’s text they make mention of Babylon, a time referred to in the Bible when various tribes were split into different languages, no longer able to communicate with each other. At the early age of seven I studied the Bible, reading it from cover to cover unable to comprehend the words but feeling an intuitive connection to the teaching, much of it symbolic.

The chapter in The Book of Daniel interested me. According to my Bible, a revised standard King James version, King Nebuchadnezzar, King of Babylon, besieged Jerusalem. He commanded his chief eunuch to bring some of the people of Israel, both of the royal family, and of the nobility, youths without blemish, handsome and skilful in all wisdom, endowed with knowledge, understanding and learning, and competent to serve in the kings’ palace, and to teach them the letters and language of the Chaldeans.

The king assigned them a daily portion of rich food which the King ate, and of the wine he drank. After three years they were required to stand before the King. Among these were Daniel and Hananiah. They were given new names. Daniel, he called Belteshazzar and Hananiah he called Shadrach. There were two others in this group.

To these four youths, God gave them learning and skill in all letters and wisdom. Three of them, Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego had developed their spiritual abilities to the extent that, when they were thrown into King Nebuchadnezzar’s fiery furnace, they were able to consciously raise their vibration sufficiently so they weren’t burned by the heat force. Their faith and trust in God saved their lives.

Possibly their learning and skills developed because of knowing of a language code that connects the biblical alphabets of Hebrew and Arabic to modern chemistry. Scientist and author, Gregg Bradon, refers to this code as The God Code in his book of the same name. What it means in simple terms is that the letters of God’s ancient name are encoded as the genetic information in every cell of life.

Or perhaps they knew that all life is connected to God consciousness, and this loving energy resides in every cell of our bodies. This is my understanding. Shadrach was my first spiritual guide. He made himself known to me during a meditation early in my astrological studies and helped me to learn and integrate the material.

I persisted with my learning knowing it was the tool I needed to save my life from heading further down a dark abyss. I learned that accessing higher-frequency life-force awareness is an organic process, a natural ability every child has at birth. This ability usually atrophies when language is learned, possibly because of the cultural belief that if something cannot be put into words it isn’t real.

Hence, the universal language of telepathy, and of feeling and sensing knowledge and wisdom arising within us from subconscious memories, is discarded for something more tangible.

Through integrating the wisdom shared by the authors of the Spiritual Astrology book, I learned to understand a common thread running through all things in the universe. I combined the knowledge with my super-sensitivity, now a blessing rather than the hinderance it had been. Thank you, Jan Spiller and Karen McCoy, for your combined words of wisdom. They established a foundational path that still fulfils, sustains and nourishes me.

Through personal interaction with the planetary energies via a particular meditation given to a large group of students at an astrological conference in the mid-1990s I learned to invoke the planets. This meditation has been a most useful tool in understanding and healing my discordant psychological energies. I am forever grateful to the brilliant Swiss Astrologer/Psychologist Verena Bachmann who led the conference group through the meditation.

Years later, I created a simple version of Invoking the Planets, sharing it with many of my astrology groups. It has been the most amazing tool for my evolutionary and astrological growth, and for that of my students. It embraces the feminine intuitive and feeling perspective.

Verena also took the large group through a second meditation that I only used once. Why? Because in that meditation was revealed my past, present and future in clear, symbolic detail. I intuitively knew not to repeat the experience because it felt true and complete. What I experienced during that meditation manifested. I refer to it as My Inner Home meditation. It too has aided my students on their evolutionary spiritual growth path.

As a result of these experiences, I learned to know the planetary energies from a different perspective from that of the logical, analytical left brain. During the meditations I learned to telepathically communicate with, and to befriend, the archetypal energies of the planets. They became my friends and guides. I understand them to be spirit beings of high evolvement.

To receive their clear communication, I needed to completely still my mind so I could be fully present and alert in each now moment. I tuned into their frequencies, and the suggestions they gave me were immeasurably helpful. I felt their energies as supportive and loving. Through them I learned that there is no star, planet, luminary, asteroid, or human that does not have a spirit life.

Throughout the three decades of teaching astrology as a tool for developing higher consciousness through self-awareness, I continued working with my associated interests – metaphysics, spirituality and esoteric psychology. These combined studies, and applied practices, provided me with initiatory tools, techniques and exercises I’d learned and taught in previous lives.

Through immersing myself in the above study, and the application to my life of all I was learning, I began to understand the great secret of astrology: that every planet is a living consciousness and we have the ability to connect with the consciousness of each of the planets and stars and to integrate their positive characteristics and qualities.

I learned to comprehend their inner connections within me, and, because of my sensitivity, I could feel their movements in my brain. I also learned to communicate telepathically with their archetypal energies and have taught my students to do the same. In my mind, the planets have a spiritual job to do, and that is to activate the raising of human consciousness, according to their individual vibratory patterning. They do this through transits to our natal chart.

According to Carl Jung, astrology is the psychology of the Soul. I agree. Our birth chart reveals subconscious psychological issues we have incarnated to consciously realise and alchemise because they no longer serve our evolutionary growth. Chief among these are fears, judgements, revenge, separation from love, lack of self-trust, social convention and tradition.

When you give them energy, i.e., serve them, they can become extremely destructive. I learned their origin usually stems from previous incarnations and perpetuate through situations experienced in childhood. Their lower vibrations act as a magnetic attractor.

These planetary interactions led to being trained by celestial and evolved star light beings who taught me to view life and my world through a new lens, the lens of higher consciousness. Because I had learned to trust, the training was exciting, explorative, and hugely fulfilling.

Throughout this developmental phase, I became a scribe for celestial and highly evolved star beings. As I was sitting at my computer preparing to send Part One and Two of this book to a friend who offered to edit it, a message came through me.

We, a collective consciousness residing in finer vibratory fields to those of planet earth, contacted Ashtara many decades ago, asking if she would be our scribe. She challenged us, and when she felt we met her discerning principles, she agreed.

I, The Tibetan, asked if she would write a book for me. She agreed, on the proviso she couldn’t do it in the same intellectual way as Alice A. Bailey, who was my scribe in the earlier years of the 20th century. I agreed. The following is the final book of a trilogy. It has taken enormous courage for Ashtara to write this book, and she resisted doing so for many years. Neither she nor I have any need for recognition. In devotion to the Great Plan for human evolution of consciousness, Ashtara completed a mammoth task. We thank her.

As a consequence of devoted spiritual and astrological practice, dedicated to raising not only my own consciousness but also that of my students, I was trained by the Arcturians, enlightened star beings, to learn a new astrology system. This system takes those who have worked through most of their birth-chart incarnational psychological challenges to a higher level of consciousness. I learned that nothing can stop those who hearts burn with genuine passion for the truth.

Through deep love for planet earth and her continual evolution, I realised that Eternal Spirit is a current in our lives that can guide when we develop the awareness of it doing so. I learned that our bodies are a biological circuitry system, designed to project our heart-felt vision into our material world when we allow the process.

Learning to realise, and to accept, that we are a cell in the body of the One Prime Creator whose consciousness is now awakening in the human family, is part of our purpose for being human at this time in our evolutionary history, the Age of Aquarius.

Through the experiential learning process, I feel and intuit deeper understanding and meaning via my right brain. I then engage my left brain to make sense of it. When ‘connecting the dots’ in my mind and body, I feel an energetic ‘wash’ of comprehension and integration.

I also feel the chakras of my etheric energy body resonating to the revealed truth. Excitement comes next, and often I telepathically hear the words of my Sirian healer/guide, Athenia, saying Precisely. I rejoice, because I’ve cracked another code in a giant jigsaw puzzle of life experiences. Another jig-saw puzzle piece can now be inserted into its rightful place.

This information contained in this trilogy was given to me via the way I learn and integrate, through experience.

According to esoteric astrology and my present understanding, it is the work of the zodiacal influences to evoke the emergence of the spiritual will of all souls and personalities. The energies of the planets, and the signs of the zodiac, produce an effect upon unevolved human as well as the advanced human, galvanising the chakra centres above the diaphragm into activity. This process enables individuals to respond to the radiation and activity of the Spiritual Hierarchy.

The goal of evolution for humanity is to become consciously and livingly aware of the nature of these energies and begin to know, and to use them.

The first thing to do is to become consciously self-aware, through focused and applied study of the zodiacal and planetary influences, and begin to use their energies for carrying out your Soul’s purpose.

These influences I have described simply and clearly in my trilogy of Spiritual Astrology work books titled Your Recipe for Empowerment through Spiritual Astrology. My purpose for writing that trilogy was to provide practical tools to aid the spiritual evolution of each student who studies them in conjunction with their personal natal (birth) chart. This trilogy of easy to read workbooks is available through my website.

The planetary transits to placements in the birth chart are the influential energies that activate the soul into desire for spiritual evolution. The personality may ignore the inner prompts and learn the hard way, through illness, accidents, life traumas such as marriage break-ups, financial issues etc.

All are ‘wake-up’ calls to pay attention to, and become aware of, one’s inner world and psychological motivations and projections. The birth chart clearly shows the individual’s life lessons to be learned and the gifts and talents available to be used to overcome the psychological blockages that cause weakness and disempowerment.

In effect, my teachings have provided my students with the tools to develop emotional intelligence, body awareness, psychological self-mastery and spiritual growth.

In this book I will do my best to provide the stepping stones, the tools to aid your personal enlightenment and transmutation of form into spirit.

I serve as an emissary for the Council of Nine from Sirius, and a scribe for the Arcturians and The Record Keepers, of which Djwhal Khul (D. K) is the spokesperson. I gladly serve you as a catalyst, paradigm shifter, guide and friend. I will guide you to the realisation that you are the path – the Light and the Way. I ask you to open the door of your Christ heart to know your true self.

Arcturus Astrology will accelerate your journey to the Light. Many changes to your perceptions will take place. Sometimes you may need to breathe, open your heart and mind, and relax.

When you realise that your personality is a one-time composite of soul fragments, gathered together by your soul group, or over-Soul, prior to incarnation, you will begin to open your mind to further possibilities. Your over-Soul, on a lighter and higher dimension to that of the third dimensional earth, can see further than your personality.

Your DNA exists not only on the physical genetic level, but also on multi-dimensional soul levels. To access these multi-dimensional levels requires focused inner spiritual growth work.

Your birth chart is a coded map that provides access to past life gifts and talents, current life challenges, strengths and weaknesses including health issues, and offers glimpses of our potentiality and your future, should you earn the right to move up the evolutionary ladder to higher consciousness.

As you read the pages of this book, I invite you to have the courage to be an open-minded child-like explorer. Keep questioning as you read, accepting there are no right answers. We all have choices. Choose to be fully self-aware in each present-moment time. What messages is your body giving you as you read? How does your heart feel as you read? These feelings are your truth. Choose to feel your truth.

Though I have been led and inspired by many authors, the major thrust of this work has been received from the archetypal levels of consciousness as light enhanced pictographic images within my mind, and clear telepathic communication from Light Beings, both celestial and of the stars. This is not information over which I have no control, but rather a mutually co-operative exchange engineered on my behalf as a result of the direct, conscious application of esoteric Law and understanding to my life.

I offer myself in service to readers through the medium of the written word. Some of my views may be new to you. As I learned through experience, I ask you do the same. Apply the teachings and if they work for you, continue with them. Use your intuition, that comes from heart-felt feelings, to be your guide.

I do not purport to share absolute truth, only truth that has worked for me. Is there such a thing as absolute truth? I think not! This book is about my journey with spirit, and written for people of spirit. If these words support even just a few readers to become more consciously self-aware, they will have served their purpose.

May your heart be opened, and your mind expanded to allow emergence of your soul’s feeling truth and intuitive knowing. May you know and be guided by the Eternal Presence within.
