Soul Awakening - Grace Patricia VAUGHAN

    Preface

    Chapter One

This epilogue emerges and grounds the scene of being a new migrant amidst bitter sweet experiences of settling into a new country with all the human and sexual distractions that pervades the new kids on the block. At the same time, Grace is ensconced in political activism while coming to terms with profound psychic awareness and soul awakening.

    Chapter Two

Becoming aware of her ability of clairvoyance and the intrusion of psychic downloads that Grace has no control over; when it begins or when it stops. Struggling to raise two children and moving to a new house she quickly learns how to survive in the suburbs: driving while unlicensed and being disrespected by a partner who only seems to come home to eat, sleep say hello to the kids and return to work.

    Chapter Three

Showing her flair of political activism Grace continues to contend with the challenges of a new set of dialogue – that of her transpersonal experiences which she discovers has left her frantically searching for answers, and finding solace in the writings of deceased scholars. This solace enables her to piece together a language of a hero’s journey.

    Chapter Four

Realising her madness is only fictional and discovering her abilities in both clairvoyant and clairaudience, Grace soon begins to learn, hearing an inner voice is normal. She learns people of esteem over centuries had experienced the phenomena and begins to address her psychic gift by retracing journeys taken in search to discover herself.

    Chapter Five

Remembering the healing touches, she received in her formative years given by her mother, Grace, spiritually drawn to healing modalities, where she receives the intuitive guidance of healing techniques for a spiritual healing vocation. During these times Grace was able to heal and understand the traumatic journey of her life and embraces healing workshop participation in learning more about the spirit within from which she attains soul growth.

    Chapter Six

Grace takes us on a shamanic journey that left her traumatised. She was spiritually assisted with healing from the sun’s rays including the melodic sounds directly from the heavenly realms – the higher hierarchy of angels; that soothed and nurtured her physically and psychologically when she discovers not only her guides who has been with her from the beginning but her journeys were journeys of the soul.

    CHAPTER ONE

    Getting to know the landscape

There are many types of fears. The one I am about to describe to you is more of apprehension than being horrified and freaked out by something. This apprehension begins with needing to distinguish between the nature of something that happened, the reason and meaning for its happenstance and the significance or importance of this happening after being shared with others en masse. I guess the apprehension derives from a belief that the happenstance will be judged in accordance to whom or what others think of me, an ordinary person just like you who have chosen to write about my extra-ordinary phenomena. But, the underlying fear is, once the phenomena is shared, how will I feel and what will I be led to do. If the truth be known, I am hoping that my prayers and meditating will be the sum total of dreaming my future into being in this world, that allow me the Grace, to be of Service to fellow sentient beings travelling through on this planet, we call home, Earth. When this dreaming materialises, it will be like receiving second wind or being reborn and renewed by a force you can call cosmic intelligence or supernatural spirit God.

Sometime back in 1980 in my mid-twenties was a time I began to consciously record my spiritual vision (clairvoyance) of leaving the UK, my family and friends and all that was familiar to embark on a long journey to Australia with my husband and two children. My earliest memory of this kind of thing was as a toddler, around the age of three, day-dreaming of travelling to exotic far-off places often when lying on my back at the edge of the East Coast Demerara River looking upward at the sky as if talking with the Host of Hollies.

Not knowing anyone or anything about Australia but sensing my folly was one of those periods in life where one begged to see a more benevolent provident hand being dealt? You see, I just knew something or someone greater than me was communicating this to my inner being – my inner landscape. Not understanding what was happening to me and somewhat confused that I was being shown what my lot was to be. I was being shown a life of emotional turmoil, loneliness, fear, doubt and a sense of discrimination and abuse and right towards the end of this journey phase, I was shown myself standing near where there were boats moored as if according to size, upon a flat, calm bay in sunlit splendour and the backdrop with the blinding sunlight at
