INTRODUCTION

CONNECTING WITH GOD

The creation of the world paints a vivid picture of the connection between God and man. It depicts God’s loving nature for man. "And God said, let us make man in our image after our likeness" (Genesis 1:26a). Eventually, God created both males and females.

As women in Christ, we need to understand the importance and power of connection. Marianne Williamson, a great spiritual leader, and political figure, said: "The Universe is wired with the electricity of God, and each of us is a lamp. It does not matter the size or shape of the lamp. It only matters that the lamp is plugged in" It means that while power is available at one end, it can only flow to it the other end through a link. God is in Heaven, and we are on Earth. Thus we must connect with God, the source of all power, grace, and strength.

The value and power of connection

Every Christian woman must understand the importance and power of relationships. Just as a brilliantly illuminated room connected to electricity, our life may shine brighter with God. God's light will be apparent in various aspects of our existence, such as health, money, business, profession, and family. As a result, we must connect with grace to live in the fullness of life.

Rekindling the fire of prayer

When we kindle the embers of our prayer life into fires, God pours incalculable grace and power into our souls, the grace to live in His entirety, and the capacity to carry out His intentions for our life. Surprisingly, prayer gives us the grace to remain tranquil amid the chaos that may fall upon us during the day. Afterward, hope is restored, and our faith in God is strengthened. Isn't this fantastic news? Yes! Indeed, an extraordinary grace comes to us via connecting in the secret place of prayer. Furthermore, the Bible states, "But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit" Jude 1:20. It explains that prayers strengthen us spiritually and that praying in the Holy Spirit strengthens us as women of faith.

Why you need the Prayer Journal for Connecting with God

Most importantly, I have selected texts in this notebook that will help us contemplate and connect with God because meditation brings us to the brink of spiritual contact with our Creator. If we are still determining the power of meditation, this journal will teach us how to do it. Furthermore, the Prayer Journal for Connecting with God assists us in developing a constant, intense, intimate, and rewarding connection with God.

The Action Plans and Prayer Points have been meticulously and divinely prepared to usher us into the realm of the supernatural. This Prayer Journal will help us grasp the power of prayer and how we, as Christian women, can utilize it to gain success in our homes, marriages, relationships, careers, and businesses. Like Queen Esther attained greatness via prayer in the land of Chuzan, we shall triumph in the 21st century through Jesus Christ! So, Sisters in Christ, it is time to meet God in the place of prayer!
