here are many people to thank in the writing of this book; firstly, my son and family, whose love I cherish; thank you for your embrace. My dear friends, who give so freely of themselves and who continually pursue the Knowledge of God, for you, true Saints, I am forever grateful. My deepest appreciation is to my late husband, Norm, who had much reason to wonder what I’m about, or at least what I’m on about. He sought the Lord, quietly prayed and patiently waited for the delicate Columbine flower, God promised him, to blossom. I pray he was fully recompensed for his endeavour of love. To his memory, I lovingly dedicate this book.
I am also particularly grateful to my many helpers who, in varied ways, assisted me on my continued journey in the Lord. In particular, I am thankful for the generous input received from Angelo from Authors Hub; Revs. Jimmy Swaggart and Ted Sr. Shuttlesworth, David Hernandez, and Vlad Savchuk with whom I never spoke, but who managed to inspire me tremendously. Bless them Lord, as they have been a blessing to me. There are also others, who were instrumental in developing this work. They are those, who saw things in me they could not or would not get past, those who never understood nor received me, those who scorned and rejected me. God used that for good and I have been deeply blessed. I pray, together, we press on into the fullness of God’s Intention.
Before you begin the reading of this book, I wish to make you aware I am not a theologian, nor am I highly educated, but, I do claim to have felt the Inspiration of the Lord. I have not written this book because I have lived an exemplary life. I am simply one whose sins are washed by the Blood. God has shown me much Mercy; my Redeemed Life is evidence of His amazing Power and Grace. I have written what I have written because I have felt compelled of God. He has revealed, instructed and worked an area of Truth in my life, as only God can. I have recorded what I have been able to grasp. I pray you are blessed in the reading and application of that which rings true to you.
The Glory is God’s for everything and anything which brings Spiritual Life to the reader.
Preface
Loyalty – The Quality
I
n companionship, loyalty is mostly assessed as a desirable quality. As a child, I too longed for loyalty in friendship, believing it to be a most important element of relationship. My thought was to find a friend to whom I would commit to be loyal and her to me; such prudence would assuredly prevent much heartache in the long run. Surely, that was not only clever, but right!
Years later, as I ponder Jesus’ responses to various peoples with whom He interacts, I begin to doubt my convictions about loyalty. For it seems, Jesus holds to a uniquely intriguing and definitely non-conformist position, concerning His relations. Let me clarify from Scripture: to Peter, His very devoted friend who means to uphold Him, He curtly says, "Get behind Me, Satan! You are an offense (a stumbling block) to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men." (Matt.16:23b); and Jesus also dismisses His close relatives, when He counters, Who is My mother, or My brothers?’ ‘And He looked around in a circle at those who sat about Him, and said, ‘Here are My mother and My brothers!’ ‘For whoever does the will of God is My brother and My sister and mother.
(Mark 3:33b-35) Injurious statements, are they not? And so, my search for divine enlightenment on the matters of loyalty and righteous relations continue.
The central question in this search is, How is a Saint of God to relate to others in a manner consistently pleasing to Heavenly Father?
How does one walk in manner as to give their all to God?
The solution is found in the purity of the interactions of the Son of Man. Consistently, in life and relations Jesus holds to the following standard:
Loyalty is given exclusively to God.
Integrity is the crucial element to the harmony of all other relationships.
Both, loyalty and integrity are to be drawn from Divine Love, thus enabling one to return such Love unto God.
Unlike Jesus though, man often breaks loyalty to God to offer it to friends, to one’s spouse, to political parties, spiritual leaders, employers, superiors, religious beliefs, traditions, ministries, to one’s opinions, nations and a variety of other entities.
As it is in the Garden of Eden, breaking loyalty to the Divine inevitably causes a fall into idolatry. Idolatrous worship originates with the sharing of soul ties, which leads to confusion. Foolishly refusing the Promptings of Holy Spirit to rather honour one’s soul (emotions/intellect/will) is certain to lead to man’s demise, for the influence is always away from God’s righteous Intention.
Jesus never entertains the thought of breaking loyalty to Father for the sake of human relations, no matter how dear to His heart the cause or individual

Chapter 1
Loyalty In the Gardens
Man's Loyalty in the Garden of Eden
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.’ ‘The Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed.
(Gen. 2:7, 8)
T
he word Eden means to live voluptuously. It is this paradise Adam knows as his home. Here his senses are alive to the magnificence surrounding him and here his every need is cared for, even to the inclusion of his uniquely crafted helpmeet. Freely, he basks in the nurturing Love and Glory of the Divine and reciprocally God enjoys His Chosen Son, whose heart is with Him. What a beautiful caption of true intimacy, Man with God harmoniously sharing close communion. Needless to say, his time with Father is precious beyond expression or imagination; his life is absolutely delightful. A bond of love between creature and Creator is nurtured. Surely this bond is strong enough to secure Adam’s heart, since every resource to ensure Adam’s wellbeing is provided by his Benefactor. No necessary thing is withheld; the promise of a prosperous life within God’s boundaries is intended,
And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat;’ ‘but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.
(Gen. 2:16, 17)
Clearly God’s desire is to obtain Mankind’s loyalty and by Divine Design, it is to be a free-will choice on Man’s part. As is obvious then, how one handles the question of loyalty in the Garden, as well as today is vital to one’s wellbeing. Intrinsic to the very nature of loyalty is the demand it be tested; loyalty must be demonstrated to be proven and so a choice is placed in the pristine and beautiful land, known as Paradise. ...The tree of life was also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
(Gen. 2:9b) The Creator’s intentions and actions toward His Created Being, Man, are good and absolutely irreproachable. There’s no doubt, God fully deserves Adam’s complete loyalty, devotion, and love. Yet, as we know, Adam chooses to walk independently from his Creator and Benefactor. The subsequent cataclysmic downfall, known as The Fall, is often blamed on the enemy of God, the Deceiver. In actuality, Satan’s presence or schemes are not the cause of the chaos, but rather the positioning of Adam’s heart away from his God is what brings about the demise of Mankind; to this day, unredeemed Man continues to lack devotion in the same way, withholding his love from God. It is Adam’s rebellious decision to disobey God’s explicit directive and thus, to break his loyalty to God, which initiates the drastic proceedings which inevitably follow. When one is tempted to complain and berate God for the hardship of life on Earth it is important to recall the beauty and harmony of Eden, as Eden is God’s intended lifestyle for Mankind.
God’s reason for creating Mankind is Fellowship; thus, man’s raison d’etre is to have intimacy with God, which promises a life of rest and peace. Intimacy requires unadulterated loyalty be pledged to the Everlasting, which is only possible for those who predetermine to open their heart to God, fully trusting in His righteous Character. Only those who believe in their heart God is good and always has man’s welfare in mind are properly positioned to enter into intimacy with Him; it is for this reason Satan enticed Eve to doubt God’s Character. A life of intimacy with God, immersed in His Holiness and Truth cancels any need of the knowledge of good and evil.
Knowing how things transpire after Adam’s betrayal in the Garden on that infamous day, Man’s only reasonable response to his Creator is eternal gratitude. Had the man eaten from the tree of life, while in his sinful state, the destiny of Humankind would be sealed.
... And now, lest he (Adam) put out his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever:’ ‘Therefore the Lord God sent him out of the garden of Eden...
(Gen. 3: 22, 23)
Mankind’s disobedience and rebellion against God not only breaks the love bond, but also causes man’s spirit to die; he no longer is a functioning Triune Being, as God has created him to be. Our merciful God would not allow Man to live eternally in this fallen state. Thankfully, God orchestrates the Means of reconciliation with Him, through His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ; for sin demands payment of death. God said eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil leads to death. Thanks be to God, through Christ, our Propitiation, Eternal Life with God can once again be embraced by Mankind.
It is to be noted the tree of the knowledge of good and evil bears both good and evil fruit. Perplexingly, the knowledge of even the good fruit is forbidden to Man. Jesus teaches, in the Gospel of Matthew outside of God there is nothing good; to the rich young ruler, He says,
Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is God.
(19:17)
From this, we are to understand even seemingly good works can originate from the wrong tree. One must then conclude it is the source of the fruit which determines whether it is to be considered a righteous offering to God. It is for this reason a Saint must always be aware of his heart’s motive for embracing a service. That which Man promotes from thoughts and desires, which originate from his soul, however noble, are works of the flesh. Only that which is inspired by Holy Spirit has lasting merit,
Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it...
(Psalm 127:1a)
Even so, it is not beyond God’s ability to compel an unwitting Believer or even a pagan to do His bidding. A case in point is King Artaxerxes, in the Book of Nehemiah, who kindly finances the work of rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem.
Man is created as a Triune Being - body, soul, and spirit. Jesus, when instructing Nicodemus, explains Mankind’s spirit needs to again come alive unto Spirit. In the Gospel of John, Jesus says,
That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
(3:6)
Holy Spirit communes with and through Man’s spirit. The faithful and obedient person, who submits to Holy Spirit's prompting pleases God,Who enables his endeavours to be life-releasing; these are then Works which originate from the Tree of Life.
Attributes, resources, and authority are given by the Creator for the intention of building His Kingdom, in His Way and in His Timing. For this reason, the prudent Disciple of Christ is always mindful of his accountability before his Sovereign Lord; firstly, in wisely stewarding gifts, abilities and opportunities; and secondly, of being within God’s Plan and Schedule. The Apostle Paul, in his First Epistle to the Corinthians differentiates the works of Redeemed Man,
Now if anyone builds on this foundation (Jesus Christ) with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw...
(3:12)
The gold, silver and precious stones mentioned speak of ministries, works and deeds which are ordained of God and acceptable in His sight. But, the wood, hay and
