About this ebook

Author Lori Szepelak had always believed in the afterlife and in angels. But where was the proof? Shortly after her mother’s death, it appeared unexpectedly, in a photograph she had taken while walking in the woods. There, in one photo, was an aura - and in it, the image of her mother smiling. Other photographs revealed auras too, the proof, she believes, of the presence of guardian angels guiding and protecting us. Tell your story to others, was the clear message she was given, and share your photographs as well. An Angel on My Shoulder is her response, her gift to the angels who inspired her and compelled the writing of this book.

    Preface

When I first self published An Angel on My Shoulder in 2010, I wondered if I had understood the angelic messages I had received more than a year earlier.

On December 16, 2010, I would be picking up my first 300 copies at the local print shop and was excited to slip a press release in a few to send to the local media outlets in western Massachusetts.

Just a few days earlier, on Dec. 12, I was forever convinced that An Angel on My Shoulder was indeed meant to be birthed into the world.

As I sat at my desk on Dec. 12 and started writing a press release - I put a simple headline in bold at the top: "Southampton woman self publishes book on
