Creamy Italian Pasta Salad
A down south family and cookout favorite. This dish will have everyone raving.
Serves: 6-8 (Depending on number of guests will be consuming) | Prep Time: 1 hour 30 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED
DIRECTIONS
place a large pot of water on medium heat until it comes to a high boil then pour both boxes of rotini noodles into water and boil for 10-11 minutes until al dente. (To keep noodles from sticking put 3 tbs of whatever oil preferred into water and stir in, i preferably use olive oil) Once noodles are done you will strain off all water and then pour into a large bowl or large deep aluminum foil pan.
You will now grab your 5 tomatoes and proceed to dice them into small 1-inch pieces and do the same with your 2 cucumbers. Once all diced you will then dump all pieces into bowl or pan with rotini noodles.
You Will next dump your diced ham into an or bowl and then grab our turkey and cut into small rectangular strips and pour in as well as adding both bags of medium shredded cheese.
Lastly, we will take our 2 bottles of creamy Italian dressing and 2 bottles of zesty Italian dressing and pour all into pan with other ingredients, we're now going to sprinkle in our ranch seasoning, Italian seasoning, add a little salt and pepper, and a tbsp of sugar and you can season to your liking and give all of our ingredients a good mix until fully combined and you're finish and you'll place in refrigerator to refrigerate for about 30 minutes and then Enjoy.
