Tomato and fresh cheese salad with basil oil
Serves 8-10
This salad is small on prep but huge on flavour and it’s the perfect accompaniment for meat, seafood or anything else you fancy serving as part of your special day. The magic happens when you gather different tomato varieties in all colours, shapes and sizes and drizzle them with your own homemade basil oil – the explosion of flavour is divine.
