Dr. Hajin Kim is a piano faculty at Michigan State University College of Music Community Music School and served at Siena Heights University as an adjunct piano professor. Dr. Hajin Kim earned DMA degree of piano performance at Michigan State University with her double major, piano pedagogy for MM degree while also accomplishing her doctor of musical arts degree. Dr. Hajin Kim earned MM degree of piano performance at Sookmyung Women's University in Seoul Korea. She also earned BM degree of piano performance at Boston Conservatory in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Hajin Kim has also successfully accomplished the piano solo recital at Carnegie Hall in New York. She has not only performed as an active soloist but has also as a brilliant musician and teacher of piano pedagogy, she has acquired successful teaching experiences by the various levels of group piano classes at Michigan State University College of Music Community Music School and Siena Heights University.

    The white keys on the piano keyboard are:

    The first key on the piano keyboard is mechanically A followed by B C D E F G. If you start with C, you have a C D E F G A B and C again.

    It is "C Major Scale" (C D E F G A B C). * It is detailed on page 46.

    Based on C major scale musically the first note can be C instead of A on the piano keyboard.

    *The major scale is Do- Re- Mi- Fa- Sol- La- Ti (or Si)- Do. *For example, in C major, C is Do.
