Your soul, also called the spirit, is the immortal part that is able to communicate with other souls, travel to other dimensions and connects with the Holy Spirit, God. Religion gives the guidlines, the rules, a safe space. When we pray with an open heart and connect ourselves through our soul with God, that is the spiritual part. To believe for example is part of reinforcing the bond that you have with God.

Welcome to the book „Body, Mind, Soul and God".

Somehow this book caught your attention. Maybe you are seeking God, maybe you are interested in spirituality in general, whatever the cause might be that you hold this book in your hands, let’s thank God for this opportunity and that He led you here.

This book might be the start of a journey towards God, it might just be for entertainment and this is okay as well. My goal is that you ponder about what you read, maybe have the courage to search God more, maybe even say yes to changes He has prepared for you.

My goal is to reach as much persons as possible. The rest is up to you, dear reader what you do with what you read in this book is your own personal choice.

What Is This Book About?

We’ll discuss the triage of body, mind and soul and how God comes into the game. This book is no scientific work, but rather an essay about things that I have observed, things that I discussed with others, things that others have told me.

We will have a short look at spirituality and dimensions, nothing to abstract and then continue with the triage itself, closing with unifying the triage with God to get a better life, to be fulfilled, to be healthier in general.

If you connect yourself with God, choose to let Him in in every aspect, this will change your life for ever. Don’t be afraid of changes. If God is with you, God that is pure love, nothing will happen to you and blessings beyond any imagination will come to you. This is what He said and what is written in His Word.

The Purpose of This Book

In todays world, we encounter more situations where we clearly can see that God is not ruling in people’s hearts. Society has turned its back on Him, it is now rather awkward to talk about God in general.

Even the Us government has now made clear that they are not interested in God anymore and think that God is not needed. The new release of the quarter coin shows on one side a head and the writing „In God we trust". Other details are not relevant here.

The editions before the last one displayed the head looking at this writing. The newest however has its head turned away from that writing as if it didn’t care what the writing said.

In general there is a tendency to keep God as far away as possible but if there is a difficult situation them God is convenient to call upon. Then prayers are good enough.

But this is not how it works as this type of seeking God is not honest and just conditional. Like: „I don’t want to make the effort of seeking You, but You need to keep everything bad from me."

How entitled is that? God is not a puppet that is there just for your amusement or if it suits you. It’s a relationship where you need to give, and God gives back.

The only thing that God wishes from us is that we seek Him with our truest heart and in every situation. Willingly, out of our own free choice. That we choose God every moment of our lives. Over and over again.

When we look carefully, there is a lot going on. People that are obese, have illnesses, have mental problems, societies that only value money and status, identity loss that results in declarations of identifying as whatever and have a sexuality of whatever the imagination can bring up.

I’m not against humans, I see each one as creation of God and therefore in everyone a good core. But in a lot of persons the view of world is so distorted that somehow it needs the creation of a construct where one can feel safe, resulting in sometimes weird outcomes. This is the new normal.

I’m not against humans in general but I simply don’t think that a person that declares to be gay or whatever sexuality that derivates from heterosexuality or identifies as something else than a man in a man’s body and a woman in a woman’s body is really and truly close to God.

If I encounter one person that fits into the description above and is very spiritual, really connected to God and can continue living that lifestyle, I won’t ever say anything again.

In today’s world there are a lot of things that if you look at them closely you will notice that this cannot come from God and therefore not right. People lying, gossiping, gaslighting, put others down to be higher as them, harming others just for the mere enjoyment to forget their own misery, destroying and dishonoring Gods creation… there is countless examples, you will find a lot more to add.

God is not as important as it used to be. God is not feared, respected or sought anymore. The majority orients on money and status, worshipping idols, statues, pictures of whatever. This book is being written because the signs that we are going towards the end time are accumulating in a speed that is ever growing. Time is literally running out and not only Christians notice that but also in general spiritual persons that believe in a higher entity and connect themselves with the higher entity.

Later we’ll discuss what connecting yourself with the higher entity means. Basically you do that when you are praying with an open heart to say so. When you are praying out of your free will and not because you must, when you choose to contact Him and talk to Him.

This book is written to show that God is always with us, intertwined with what are our essentials: body, mind and soul. It’s a call to seek Him and have the courage to open up to Him.

God is there for you all the time and has so many blessings for you ready. The only thing you need to do is to open up to Him, accept Him truly and tell Him everything. Yes, He knows everything already and more about you than you know yourself. But what God wishes is for you to choose Him and go to Him out of your free will.

This book is a tool to help you to choose God, to maybe ease some of the fear and insecurity you might have, to open your eyes that God is everywhere and in you. Always.

If you start to seek God more after you read this book or something else that we offer on our website, then the goal is reached.

Why this book is written? To talk about God and what He does, to address some topics, to show you that He is not sitting in the cloud above you, judging you, raging if you don’t contact Him. On the contrary: He is within you, living in you, hoping that one day you will turn towards Him and choose him out of your free will, seek Him and follow His path.

Basically, it’s all about relationships. In between the triage of body, mind and soul and also you as the human with God.

I use the word soul in this book, referring to both spirit and soul. However, there is a distinguishing of both nevertheless:

Spirit is universal, God's force within everything

Soul is individual, within each of us

Those two words are mixed up frequently. To keep it simple in this book only soul is used for both. At the end of this book, you’ll find a clearer definition of both, based on Biblical passages.

II.

Introducing the Triage of Body, Mind and Soul

If you look at yourself and try to find out what the basic components of yourself are, we can break this down into three main components:

the body

the mind

the soul

The body is physical, the part of you that others see. You decorate it to your liking with clothing, accessories, hair style, maybe tattoos or piercings. It’s in a way a statement of what you want to represent and show to the world.

The body also is the vessel that carries you from one place to another, makes it possible to do different things, to feel touch, temperature, wetness and so on. It gives you a sense of yourself in relation of your surroundings and contributes to give the parameters for the mind to decide whether you are safe for example. Also the body has certain needs, maintenance if you want. Like a car that needs to go regularly to the garage for maintenance and needs fuel to run, the body needs things in order to be healthy and run smoothly.

Broadly said, this includes good, healthy eating with a great variety of the food that comes to your plate, sufficient and good quality sleep on a regular base, sunlight, the touch of other humans on a regular base.

The mind is everything that you perceive conscious, semi-conscious and unconscious. More like a witness to the processes around you, taking conclusions and interpretation. It’s perhaps the component that is the best graspable, as you are reading and understanding, working the thoughts with your mind right now. Your body only gives the possibility to do so in lending the eyes, the hands with which you scroll on or turn the page for example.

The mind can create powerful images and even lie to itself, perceive itself. It can sort what you experience into either consciousness, semi-consciousness or deep into subconsciousness, depending on different parameters. The body is a tool to give a space for the experiences, a physical component. But there is a third component that also contributes to the experience of your life: the soul.

The soul is the immortal part of yourself, it sometimes is also called the spirit. The soul’s language of communication are emotions. So when your mind witnesses the daily life, the body gives the physical components and the soul the emotional colors.

If the soul is silenced and you are quite numb because you can’t bear the emotions for whatever reason, you also loose something very crucial and important:

The soul is the tool that connects you with the greater We and with God. If you silence the soul, numb yourself, you are not connected to the greater We, or collective We and therefore empathy is not something that is really there. This is a grave anomaly and also a grave sin as you also distance yourself from God.
