The peace that we all possess can be real to all of us if we reconnect with our spirit; when the body, mind, and soul are in alignment, then the collective awareness will pull the desired positive energy if we so wish. This book seeks to put us in a position of rediscovering our place in the oneness within the whole of creation, thus explaining and negating all other myths we were brought up believing. The separation that we grew up observing and defending is not real; therefore, this book seeks to bring down those walls of separation amongst humanity.
This book aims to help you to understand your God so that you will be in a position to easily reconnect with him as and when you need to and maybe all the time. There is no time to disconnect.

Duria Jacobs

Duria is a person who was once defined as a very analytical individual. She actually says at that time, she did not know if it was a good or a bad thing. Due to the love of reading and the inquisitive type of person she always was, never satisfied with just anything that she was told, she had to find out if this was true. Having been born in a very traditional and culturally binding environment, the journey was hard and in many ways limiting as well. At many points of her life, she knew she was stuck. Having been born and bred in a cultural home and been married across the cultural boundaries, Duria found herself having more questions than answers. The differences were all around her, and she could not escape them. Lots of these were defining who she was but also bringing in a lot of inner conflicts.

If you do that, you may find yourself in a box of limitations. You will notice that the theories in this book are universal. We must keep an open mind; seek knowledge in every way and everywhere. To do this one needs to be wise in order to enable you to choose with wisdom.

There are no limitations at the level of the spirit; it is free, intelligent and powerful. This is the spirit of God; the God Essence, it is everywhere, within and without all of us.

The purpose of this book is to address the issue of the separate little boxes we find ourselves in and combine them into a whole entity. It seeks to penetrate deep into one’s inner being in order for us as humans to recognise who we are and what our purpose in life is. The power we were given the moment we were conceived is the very power we lost when we became more aware of our physicality and moved away from our spirituality, our Soul. This book seeks to bring that awareness to a point where we all understand our power point in this life.

Culturally and traditionally we are all well positioned to know what clans, tribe, and nationality we belong to. But! Are we really different? We are in a position to understand that it is always that part of our spiritual life that leaves us unfulfilled. Hence we find people in general are restless even when they think they have reached great heights in material possessions.

The Inner Being seeks to explain the many questions one has the minute you become aware of certain truths, for example we look for everything from outside ourselves including GOD yet the opposite is the right way to find solutions. This book will help to place you in a position to assist you if you are still struggling to understand spirituality due to certain beliefs that you were brought up with. This book will help you to simply find yourself and enable you to explain your stand point without any fear of doubts. The reason you are here on this earth, can only be recognised by yourself once you are connected to the spiritual side of who you are. This is the position when one begins to grow and change because you know for sure who you are.

This book seeks to bring everyone in alignment with the Universe and the Universal Laws in order for your life to be happier, joyful, loving and truthful. God created the whole Universe hence everything in the universe is of mutual benefit.

The Inner Being will help you to accept and embrace the What Is of Life. It will help you to know that wherever you find yourself in life is exactly where you are supposed to be.

It will make you aware that there are no mistakes and accidents in Life. There is just Life and the truth about Life is exactly what it is at the time it happens.

So the motto of the book is "Find your inner being and accept what is. Accept fully and unconditionally that your part in life will be played by you alone. Believe that you must be in a position to play that part and therefore make every effort to find your part in the puzzle. That will allow you to be the best you were meant to be. Your light will be like the torch that is needed when walking in the dark. Your inner light will shine through and all those around you will feel it. That love we all seek is only possible when we find and understand our inner being. This is the authentic you. This is the part that was created in the image of GOD.

By the grace of God I wish that all who read this book will find themselves within grace again and eventually find their place in this puzzle.

Chapter 1

The Beginning

N one of us were there to know what the Beginning was like, but we know that the Source of all Life was also the beginning of Life, and that was, still is and will always be God. We may speculate as to what came first. Was it spiritual or physical life? The answer to this question is very obvious. It was the Spirit, or Energy. Everything including the mind was created by the Spirit.

In this day and age we are concerned with the two sides to a human being, due to the fact that the physical side needs the spiritual side to be functional and alive. The mind is the actual link between the two, so it is important to understand that the mind can pull you to either side. That is why we need to understand the position of the two so that we are able to make decisions consciously.

Chapter 2

Spirituality, (Energy) Physicality and the Mind

S pirituality, physicality and the mind are inseparable.

Why?

Because nothing exists without the spirit. The spirit is the creator of everything that we can see, touch and feel. It is the spirit that keeps everything in balance and alive; this is due to you not being able to experience physical movement without your spirit. Also, if the spirit leaves your body, then you are dead. We know that this is what we call the creator God as the source of all life.

The spiritual side to the body is the very spirit that we hear God blew into man after He created man; this means that your spirit was already with God before your physical body received it. This brings one closer to the understanding that what makes you tick is really the spiritual part of you: the spirit or consciousness within the physical body. This then helps one to understand that the spirit that creates your functionality is really the major part of who you are. If, on the other hand, you understand that you are the spirit that drives your body and not the other way round, then you will understand that you are a very powerful being. But, you should then understand that you need spiritual connection for you to discover your purpose. The plan here is that the Ego has to submit to the mind, the mind has to submit to the Soul and the Soul has to submit to God. That alignment is what we can say is total surrender, and that surrender is one secret to good and fulfilling life. This depends how transformed your mind is and how disciplined your thoughts are.

The Big plan, or the big picture of the oneness or the fact that we all connected to everything else within this one spirit, becomes more understandable when one becomes aware of his/her link to God and every other created being. This is because inside of all of us lies the same spirit which is God’s own spirit. Then the Love of God for every one of his creation becomes easier to understand. When one understands the universal laws, which were discovered by a few people who wanted to understand more about this Life, it becomes clear that God’s love is second to none. True love is neither physical nor romantic. This Love is the acceptance of what is, has been, and what will or will not be. It is unconditional and surrendered. God’s intelligent plan accommodates every part of creation. The fact that all of creation does not stand independently but together as one, makes you stand amazed as to just how intelligent God is. The plan interconnects the physical and the spiritual through thought or mind. The animal and plant kingdoms, human beings, reptiles, planets, and the light and darkness are interconnected and in balance. This balance is maintained at all times through the infinite intelligence of God. All this maintenance is in the design of the whole. In this plan everything is included, for example the journey comprises of the beginning, the steps in between and the end. This means that the middle is where we are as we are growing up and as adults, The Now. Your power lies in the moment of thought, action and emotion.

Our thoughts, emotions, words, actions, challenges and solutions each have a process which they follow according to law. Even as we speak, we do not know what it is we are doing to ourselves, yet this process is in motion. And we wonder how this is possible or how is it that we are going through good times or bad times or even stagnating.

With this knowledge, you are about to find out how life turns out the way it does for different people. The good thing is that even with these questions set into our design, finding the truth to understand spirituality is as necessary as understanding the whole creation, the physicality and functionality thereof. This is the only way one can get to understand this reality. This is a very complex reality, but if one can find oneself spiritually, then it becomes easier to comprehend. I think the knowledge lies within the spiritual aspect of this reality.

The truth is it must have been The Almighty God’s plan to design us in a way that we will have to find ourselves in order to hold on to what we know for sure.

This I think is why the Roman philosopher Cicero said, Experience is the best teacher. From this I feel experience gives us the chance to keep on opening other truths for us to be able to evolve. Evolution is as natural as change is certain. It is obvious that when the creator made all these positions known to men, it was already the plan, that when you have walked this journey, you will have shifted in knowledge and understanding. This is how we gain wisdom and this brings about change and growth and due to the situation you encounter along the way.

Why? Because you travelled the road and you are aware of all the bumps and humps. You will know exactly where to turn and when to slow down and when to stop. In other words it is in your design to know when to allow health, sickness and death. This is why the body knows a lot more than we give it credit. This intelligence is in the spiritual side of our being.

Even when you have a problem, you always know that you have a solution but you lack trust due to you not understanding the reality of this makeup. When we give this responsibility to the mind, we justify the decision by saying, let me make my own mistakes. It is not wrong to believe in making mistakes and learning from them but we need to know where to go to for decisions which we do not have to justify.

Spirituality is a non-physical element of your existence, which is on the opposite side of your physicality. The truth is that the body and every other organ of our existence are driven by this spiritual side of us. It is important to understand that the spiritual side of this body is the only part that does not die. If this is the case, surely this must be the most important part of our existence and it needs nurturing.

It will assist one to understand why one has to connect to God who gave you life, or who gave you this spirit so that you are alive. This is something that has been very difficult to understand. Though somehow we knew there was a power even though we did not know what it was and how to explain it.

As human beings, it has been very difficult to understand how we got here, when that happened,
