PREFACE
About the Author:
The Story of Camille Obadia
Camille Obadia has over 50 years of experience in the beauty industry. After studying medical cosmetic care, post-surgery aesthetics, aromatherapy, phytotherapy and Essential oils for more than 10 years, Camille began her career at elite Paris clinics. She treated famous French movie stars and television actresses, royalty, models, artists, and top designers.
Camille has been a frequent consultant for, and is widely quoted in, national beauty magazines and newspapers, and on French television. As a skin care expert, she has published numerous articles in French magazines such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and Sante who have called upon her to share her expertise.
In 2004, Camille collaborated with French specialists and doctors to establish the College European De Formation Continue Paramedical Esthetic in Paris. The school’s mission is to re-educate medical, paramedical, and aesthetic professionals.
With the French governmental alliance certification, operational logistics, curriculum development, recruitment of trains/faculty and coordination of graduate placement.
After many years of experience, Camille decided to develop her own makeup and skin care line, collaborating with doctors, engineers and chemists to create products that protect against the effects of pollution, increase oxygenation, maintain collagen levels to keep the skin healthy and to fight the aging process.
For years, Camille had many American clients who would visit her Paris clinic. So, in 2010, she decided to open her first French beauty clinic in New York… BEAUTE OBLIGE
.
Her clinic became the secret of chic New Yorkers, fashion and beauty editors, designers, supermodels, and celebrities like Sofia Vergara
Camille’s extensive experience and knowledge in the beauty industry led her to create her own beauty guide. It is filled with valuable and easy to understand information, with a comprehensive list of natural, organic face and body products and self-care guidance. She provides tools to empower you to take control of your own beauty routine at home.
Although there are many beauty books on the market, Camille was inspired to write this book to provide accessible and helpful methods for men and women to take care of themselves at home and further the success of professional treatments.

Doctor Lionnel Michat
cardiologist, phytotherapy and aromatherapy specialist.
Against all odds, Camille Obadia, a beauty specialist, and I, a cardiologist working in heart transplants, crossed paths. Throughout our countless meetings, both of us had to remain very open-minded.
As a specialist in a highly technical environment, I couldn’t have been further from the world of cosmetics and beauty, yet the limits of certain therapeutics in my field led me to turn to natural therapeutics and essential oils, and to open up new approaches.
Meanwhile, Camille Obadia, as a specialist in the use of products to enhance women’s beauty, slow down their aging process and to fight wrinkles, quickly understood the interest of natural products and essential oils. Camille Obadia took advantage of her experience to create new product lines with surprising results. Today she has a range of natural, ecological and organic products that she can offer to French stars.
It is around the creation of these products that we met, when she asked me to teach at her European college paramedical aesthetic in Paris, France. We were thus able to benefit from each other’s knowledge and experience to be able to use natural products, plants and essential oils in both of our fields, because these plants have multiple virtues that can be used in therapeutics but also in cosmetics.
In her book, Camille Obadia, inspired by her years spent with French stars, demonstrates a range of beauty products, giving you the compositions allowing you to make your own beauty products at home. We can congratulate and thank her for her great work in helping women feel beautiful.
