Dr. Teo Wan Lin is a board certified dermatologist with published original research on sensitive skin, acne and the skin microbiome in top journals such as the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and the International Journal of Dermatology. She is known for her holistic approach to dermatology, integrating functional skincare-—with a focus on repairing the skin barrier, building skin resilience from the inside-out with plant-based actives from Asian ethnobotany. Welcome to The Art of the 5 Minute Anti-Aging Diet! I’m Dr Teo Wan Lin, author of the Beauty Bible series and I’m excited to share this brand new addition to the series. This book is written for cooks of all skill levels—especially for beginners who want to learn how to cook, fast!
My top tip when it comes to learning any new skill is to simply get started DOING—practice does make perfect.
