About this ebook

It took more than 32 years to compose this autobiography. The main objective of this story was to share with the world all of the traumatic experiences including life-threatening experiences. No one should be subjected to the atrocities in which I was involved; however, I was to blame quite a few times for my actions which were not acceptable either. This autobiography is as true as a story can be yet documented.

The purpose of this manuscript was to send a very clear message to our younger generation so they can learn from my mistakes and horrific experiences including all of the consequences that followed. I have made enough mistakes for the entire world. The manuscript reveals some shocking and dramatic instances which surpass anyone’s
imagination. Being a constant troublemaker and never learning thus continuing on the same path to the point of almost death. I, as the author, have almost died ten times which is revealed in the story without exaggeration. The story is filled, with corruption, drugs, problems with the law, and innovative way to keep afloat.

    A Message from the Author

The objective and purpose of this story are to hopefully be able to send a sincere and genuine message to the younger generation as to what to do right and not follow in my footsteps.

I recall telling my two boys, men by now, to learn from my mistakes and become better people. I have made enough mistakes to last a lifetime. My most important goal in life is to communicate to America’s Future, which is evolved around our young children, so they understand the true meaning of life and be able to tell right from wrong. They need to carry on our heritage via a positive approach and outlook on life itself, especially now since we live in an unfortunate NEGATIVE WORLD!

I implore you not to judge this book by its cover; it starts a little slow with a few shocking revelations; however, once in the middle of the book heading towards the end will be shocking enough for all to see as what I have endured and fought like a beast to stay alive and keep my head above water.

Life is like a book. Some chapters are sad, some are happy, and some are exciting, but if you never turn the page, you will never know what the next chapter has in store for you.

    Warning

    Introduction

This story carries the absolute explicit truth, and nothing is held back. Some of the names have been changed to protect the innocent. This book also contains documentation that may offend a majority of people. It was rather important to share the truth about what took place with the public. It may shock the average individual since some of the material enclosed tends to be a bit scary and offensive.

This book is not recommended for the young to read; however strongly recommended for parents who care about their children. It is meant to be used as a guide for success and to inspire by counting your blessings since life is not made to be wasted, but to enjoy the finer things in life without violating our universal laws, the laws of GOD, and the rights of your fellow men & women.

It took more than 32 years of preparation so I could share the truth with my fellow Americans and the rest of the world in hopes that this message would be sent throughout our continent.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere appreciation and love to my Mother, Juliette (Hermes) Hamboyan, for all the support she has given me, including her genuine Love, which helped me and inspired me for many years. For helping me at times that I needed it most, or else my existence would have vanished long ago. My mother’s positive influence reached my subconscious at a time when death was paving me a direct path to HELL. Bless you, a mother, for you were actually a gift sent to me from Heaven. Juliette Hamboyan passed away on April 14th, 2022. May you rest in peace, mother!

For richer, for poorer, in sickness or health may DEATH do us apart; this is where my spouse Aimee (Slavin) Hamboyan, comes to play a major role in my life. Aimee actually helped me to get back on my feet to form a beautiful nest which we shared with both of our beloved sons, Adam Christopher and Alexander Anthony Hamboyan.

I sincerely recall the day when we had $200 to rub together in our so-called bank account until one day, a friend of ours visited us, asking us for a favor. He had landed the trip of a lifetime to Hawaii and was $200 short; His True name was Jim Creed, a man who would not harm a fly. He asked if we could lend him a couple of hundred dollars. Both Aimee & I looked at each other at the same time and said WTF? Why not, hopefully thinking that what goes around will eventually come around! So, we gave Jim the last two hundred dollars we owned to our name. We then found out when Jim returned from Hawaii with his girlfriend along with their newborn, and while in the car, a drunk driver crossed the median on the highway and flipped the car on top of Jim’s, crushing all three on board, thus killing all three instantly. So SAD!!

    The Reader

At this time, I would like to grasp this precious opportunity to extend my sincere appreciation to you, the reader, for purchasing this book for not only will you be guided through an incredible journey that is filled with horrifying experiences mixed with corruption, drugs, guns, yet most of all on what influences one’s mind to react In a negative pattern in life, followed with an intense battle with the law including fraudulent transactions aimed at insurance companies simply by seeing all of the above as public enemy number one.

The main reason for this message is that you, the reader, should be involved by helping the poor and needy surrounding us in our homeland (United States) rather than helping others abroad. Please don’t misunderstand me, I will try and help anyone that I can, and I am not segregating the world; however, I firmly believe that help must start from within our country, and only then should we concentrate on helping the needy across the globe.

    Escrow Account

With the proceeds of the sale of the books, a separate escrow account will be placed in a major banking institution in Massachusetts, thus ensuring that the funds specified at the following amounts: 2.5% of total sales would be donated to the CANCER FUND, and another 2.5% of sales will also be dispersed to the PARKINSON’s DISEASE FOUNDATION fairly and accordingly with the guiding hands and the eyes of the law. In case I pass away, the task will be fulfilled by my boys.

I will personally partake in this endeavor to ensure the help needed by many Americans, especially the children that deserve love, food, and our support followed by guidance, for THEY ARE THE VISION OF OUR FUTURE.

WHAT WE SHARE WILL MULTIPLY; WHAT WE KEEP DIMINISHES

I hope you enjoy the rest of this book, thus wishing you and your families a healthy, happy life filled with Love, Happiness, and Prosperity by sharing and caring for your fellowman, women, and children.

    Sincerely;

    Anthony J. Hamboyan

    Chapter One

The year was 1953. I was born at 4:55 AM on a Friday the thirteenth (That explains it all) in the heart of Beirut (Gemayse area) Lebanon. Some people have heard of Lebanon; some have not. Typically, mild weather, in the ’50s throughout the winter, 80-90 degrees in the summers. Snow is only found in the mountains; it never snows in Beirut until the day I was born. It must have been a cold day in HELL. Coincidence!!!!

My Late Dad, Jack Hamboyan (Passed in 1975) at the young age of only 52!! He was in his glory, for God had given him his first baby BOY. My mom Juliette was a fairly religious lady, and since our main native language was Parisian French, they named me (Antoine) to be named after Saint Anthony De Padua.

Jack was an employee at the American Embassy in Beirut, and he was a humble driver for some quite influential diplomats visiting the country and some employed at the embassy.

Jack was a small 5-foot-six tall man full of piss and vinegar; he was a very hardworking man yet extremely devoted and loyal employee of the American Embassy. No one in his presence would dare to say anything negative pertaining to the American Embassy. Jack had a certain; love affair with America, followed by sincere respect.

Jack had his share of bad luck. His family, originally from Armenia, fled the country in a hurry leaving everything behind, land, home, everything, it was because of the Armenian holocaust & genocides. They walked all the way to Syria through all kinds of weather and challenges. My dad was legally born in Syria. In his later years moved to Beirut, Lebanon.

Jack always wore the American flag on his lapels every single day. He was full of confidence, thus acquiring a rare talent of bargaining no matter what item he would be seeking. Jack was respected by his peers, superiors, family, and friends.

Jack was a simple man who lived with his spouse Juliette, his eldest daughter Jeanine and his first son Antoine in a suburb of Beirut called Gemayse. We lived in a two-bedroom 1st, floor apartment in an 8-story building.

At that time, we were not blessed with the luxury of a shower. We had to warm gigantic pots of water and then bathe and cleanse by hand and with towels. The toilet was actually a cavity in the ground floor; we had to squat to perform # two’s, then you pull the chain hanging from above to flush all.. Thank God that we also had a normal sit-on toilet. When demand was there, it had to be answered.

Jack’s dad, I was told, had passed away; therefore, we never even saw or met him. (No Pictures anywhere)!! He was never the topic of any conversations; why? I don’t know till this day.

On the other hand, my grandfather (On my mother’s side), Mr. Joseph Hermès, was a French teacher at a parochial school located in the heart of a Muslim neighborhood. Gemayse was more of a Catholic/Maronite-dominated neighborhood.

Lebanon was called the Paris of the Middle East. It was a tourist attraction for many people. They had their share of exporting and importing a diversified variety of goods; it was the most advanced and civilized country in the Middle East. In Lebanon lived a variety of classes of people and religions. All religions were scattered to different areas of Lebanon. Religions were many. The two largest at that time were dominated by the Catholics (Maronites) closest to Christians; the others were Muslims named after Islam, the Bedouins, The Palestinians, and The Kurds. It was a vast mixture.

You would find a large diversity of people pertaining to the very rich and affluent type, continued with the middle class, to a lower class of people called poor and some unfortunates that no one could even categorize.

Many people have this misconception of Lebanon being a big desert land filled with oil refineries surrounded by camels. For the sake of education and just for the record, Lebanon does not have any deserts; it has served as one of the main tourist attractions for centuries, being such an old country dating back to B.C. Times.

Some of the sights are actually breath-taking, while history reveals some of the biggest wonders of the world. As for Camels, you only see a few in the Bekaa valley, which borders Syria, and that was that. The Cedars of Lebanon were even mentioned in the bible. (I think)

Those days I would see more Ferraris and Rolls Royce’s in one day that I would see in the USA in a year

There was only one oil refinery at the southernmost tip of Lebanon, bordering Israel. That’s it.

The weather was the best of all, and it actually would never dip below 50 degrees in the wintertime in the city. Meanwhile, you could go skiing in the mountains only a couple of hours away, even close to springtime.

It never rained in the summers, not one drop, yet water was always abundant due to natural springs and melting snow from the mountains. You could go skiing then go swimming 2 hours away on the same day in the Mediterranean waters.

    Back to Jack.

Jack was an avid sportsman and hunter. He used to form a small party of friends and relatives and escape to the abundant wildlife in order to land a trophy. Jack would hunt birds, rabbits, and as far as dangerous as wild boars traveling out of the country to Syria, where they spent a few days at a time. They were always well armed since some excursions could be very dangerous, especially if you buy a wild boar.

Jack used to collect a few shotguns and handguns. It almost seemed as if every family had an arsenal of weapons to coexist in Lebanon.

Jack is a Multi-Lingual who speaks French at home as our native language and amongst our friends and relatives. Everyone spokes as little as three languages and as many as seven Languages.

Speaking of firearms, one of my dad’s friends owned a gun shop carrying everything from a slingshot to a 50mm rifle, including fully automatic machine guns. You could acquire a machine gun faster than meeting with a priest. In Lebanon, it would be scarce to see people that were not gun owners.

My poor mother was always scared of guns, but that was not stopping Jack from owning them.

An important fact to share, at that time and in the fifties, in Lebanon, Even though it was the Paris of the Middle
