The book contains seven sections, which are a P.A.N.A.C.E.A. for fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs". I discovered this as I searched for a way to fulfill my highest potential as a woman. Each letter in the word Panacea is an acronym for a powerful teaching that will compel you to emancipate yourself. This Book is partly autobiographical and partly motivated by my desire to discover the purpose of my life and express my full potential as a woman. Progress through the book, in any way you choose. First, you'll discover your feminine essence as a source of power. Secondly, you'll realize that there exists an authentic self that must be uncovered. It is buried under long-held beliefs, fears, and self-doubt. It is through introspection and concentration that you'll become more self-aware. Self-awareness is a term used in psychology, spirituality, and the Eastern part of the world. It is defined as one's capacity for introspection and the ability to recognize oneself as an individual separate from the environment and other individuals. An important practice is Mindfulness which is a state of mind that is open and attentive to the present moment. Mindfulness means living in the present, and being fully attentive to the moment. Moreover, I use Poetry to help you get in touch with your heart. It connects you to the wisdom and compassion of your inner self for better understanding and healing; A healing that is more about letting go of everything that is not you, all your expectations, beliefs, and fears so you can become who you truly are.

 When you develop your life internally, you'll be the master of your mind and all aspects of your life. The Seven Steps to Personal Transformation will help expand your awareness and self-identity; enhance the quality of your life and contribute to the realization of your dreams. It is a path that will guide you to the unknown part of yourself. This is the old soul who sees and observes but isn't affected by what has happened. This self has been around waiting for the time to come into waking life, wanting to know of itself. Just allow the information presented in this book to wash over you like a wave. Open your heart and mind. Immerse yourself in the content and feel the power of your inner life come alive. Suspend your judgment and open your heart full and wide. The ego may put up resistance to the new information and may want to shut down but push through the burning desire to quit. There are Three Daily Practices that are a part of the Empowered Woman Module. They will help you get in touch with the deeper aspect of your life. Do them, at least, three to four times per week. The first thing for you to do is to take Fifteen Minutes of Solitude. Take time to tune into "The Body's Intelligence". This may sound like a lot. However, you

are worth the time; take it and be with yourself. You can do this any time during the day. During these fifteen minutes take your shoes off, loosen your belt, clench, hold, and release your muscles. While you are clenching and releasing your muscles say to yourself; what do I need to realize about my current situation? Listen to the answer. It is coming from a deeper place that knows. The second thing for you to do is take the time to write This practice is called, "Morning Pages. The writing is best done in the morning or when you wake from sleep." It is exactly three pages of writing. Just write, no editing. Again, let this writing flow from a deeper part of you that knows. Strange things may come up. Do not judge, just accept them. It may bring you clarity. The last thing for you to do is the "Walk for Clarity".Take a walk in nature for about thirty minutes. As you walk, pay attention to your internal dialogue. As you become more accustomed to walking, you will begin to get in touch with your true nature. This is the time to commune with nature and the place inside yourself. Honor and love the wisdom in your life.

    How to use the content in the Modules

    The Modules are a P.A.N.A.C.E.A. for fear, self-doubt and limiting beliefs. It contains seven wisdom teachings inspired by these authors: Don Miguel Ruiz, "The Master of Love,;" Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Ph.D. Women Who Run with the Wolves; Rachael

    Jayne Grover, "Powerful and Feminine;" Shakti Gawain, "Meditations;" and Jack Kornfield, The Wise Heart, A Guide to the Universal Teachings of Buddhist Psychology."

    My solution to the problems of, fear, self-doubt and limiting beliefs is through a P.A.N.A.C.E.A. I discovered as I searched for a way to fulfill my highest potential as a woman.
