Introduction
With new technologies, many children nowadays have trouble sleeping. They are overstimulated with so much information from the day and this is a problem for parents, as the next day they don't want to get up for school and often keep the adults awake.
What to do about this?
The stories in this book are a way for children to relax, as they are stories that focus on personal growth, the value of generosity, and animals that always strive to act well, even if they make mistakes at the beginning. If parents and children listen to the audiobook together, it becomes a pleasant family moment where both can learn and fall asleep easily.
