Introduction
I have written this book because I could not get Aria out of my thoughts. Young people need to know that with God, all things are possible. Aria has proven this many times. Life also has its ups and downs, but good thoughts, prayer, and music always lift the burden.
This book was written to read or to be read to. It is that kind of a story.

Chapter 1
Aria was a true new angel. She was in the process of earning her wings. A new angel is God’s creation and not a soul from earth who passed on. God must have been smiling when he created Aria because she was special. Aria chose a flowing dress of deep pink with sleeves that from the elbow down were fitted. Her belt and hair ribbons were purple. Aria had fair skin with sky-blue eyes. Her black hair hung in waves down her back. God knew she would bring joy to many.
Aria was young and sometimes quite silly. Her home was on Cloud 1, and she enjoyed looking down from heaven. One day, Aria was not paying attention. She fell right off Cloud 1. She was not hurt, but landing on Cloud 3 was not pleasant. It was firm. The other angels were laughing at her predicament. Anastasia told her someday she would fall all the way down if she did not pay better attention. Aria laughed and was a bit silly about the fall.
Angel class began the next morning, and as usual, Aria was late. Her pink dress was torn, her black hair all messed up, and she was dirty! The teacher, named Francis, looked at her and said, How did you get dirty in heaven, Aria?
Aria hung her head and said she took a shortcut and got lost. Then the teacher asked where this shortcut was. Aria could not remember what happened. She was excused and told to clean up.
When she returned, it was time for music class. Some angels played harp, some piano or organ. Aria was a singer with
