This book is dedicated to the undefined and to those who don't need eyes to see .

In loving memory of Dr. Luther D. Channey Jr. and Shepherdess Sallie L. Channey—I love and miss you daily.

    Preface

There's an age-old myth that says Practice makes perfect. Have you ever stopped to think about what that actually means? Consider this—if I practice doing something wrong, does that make me perfect in what I do? Perhaps. Although perfection doesn't necessarily mean rightness, it could refer to the connotation of completeness or exactness or permanence.

Unfortunately, we've been misinformed for a very long time in thinking that we are gaining perfection in practicing wrong habits, thoughts, behaviors, and ideas. Allow me to suggest a simple twist to this historical lie. Rather than striving for perfection through repeated wrong behavior, try repeating right, positive, pure thoughts and behavior with a simple goal of making that behavior permanent. Therefore, it is safer to say that practice makes permanent.

In reading this book, What's Your Point?, I've carefully selected seven points to peruse in restructuring the conformity of today's thinking into the reformative process of thinking like that of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Listen intently to the message of faith that is portrayed on each page. Carefully gain the understanding mingled amongst the information of knowledge supplied. Utilize each point depicted in each chapter as a reference tool to gauge the direction of your thoughts and behaviors as you replace the previous false information you've received in the past with powerful ammunition for living an abundant life. Apply the principles of this book and discover the secret of getting God to move in your behalf.
