About this ebook
I am the Balding Questor, that is who I am.
I have traveled from sea to distant seas, and into every realm I have swam.
There is no place towards, which I like to pry and seek;
and, there is no deep or dark fissure into which I can fit or squeak.
Into every corner, crevice, cleft or crack I do delve and look;
Even into the high or lows ... I like to investigate the secret cranny's
and all of the those hidden nooks.
For I am the Balding Questor ... and to all of my readers I greet.
I open my mind and books to your eyes ... and I smile when you find the soul-mates.

Introduction to the Patchworks Series
NOTE TO THE READER
The author has used many words in the text of the poems, which are not used to confuse the reader but are applied to create a text of consideration and reflection. Some words may need to be looked up in a dictionary if the reader is not acquainted with their full usage.
The use of these words is to minimize and at the same time maximize the content of thought and message. If the reader does not know the word, I apologize. For my mind works in patterns and concepts outside of the norm since I suffer from a degree of autism.
So I pray you do enjoy the poems, for the lines of thought can be complex. Blessings from the author—OsKar :)
THESE POEMS ARE ALL COPYRIGHTED.
They are not to be negative, offensive, or pointedly religious in nature.
The purpose for their creation is to explore darkness and light.
And the concept of Hope which brings Faith or Belief in a state of distress,
depression or mental degrees of darkness.
I only want to get a person to think about themselves and the position in life they hold at the moment. For, many people are blessed, even when they don’t know it. Because, others out in the world are in worse situations then you…at this time. Please Be Happy… Not attacked by Hopeless: For the morrow is a new day of new beginnings, you never know what is next. ©
My name is OSKAR
and I wish to travel with you on some of my Journeys into the realms of time, space, and spirituality. The Following Poems are not meant to be Proselytizing Any Form of Religious Doctrine, they are only means of Exploration. The Battle-lines inside our minds are usually a LIGHT v. Darkness, or a Good v. Evil experiences. So please enjoy the following Poems.

Authors note
These are my individual journeys into the realms of time and space; the mind and the mental processes, which create our individual realities, our dreams, our visions, personal fears, and specially the What If’s?
What may Happen?
And, to ask the Question: Who am I, and Where am I going?
Sometimes, life opens doors for me to explore, be they dark or light.
So, my poems are not to Proselytize a Religious Doctrine or Teaching precisely, they are to explore the moral and unmoral values that manifest themselves at the heart of man.
Life has its riddles, and these puzzles fit into a place by some hidden pattern.
Finding the pattern is our goal in life; Well, for some people it is.
When we look at the concept of Blind Acceptance,
we question: What is now,
or what exists to give them satisfaction on a temporary basis?
For others, the one who questions all things, and are ever learning Why
things are as they are…well good for them. I wish to point out that my poems in this book do not always rhyme the way people are used too. Why? For our lives do not always rhyme with the environment we have found ourselves planted within.
Those who seek wisdom, knowledge, and understanding; Seek it at times by unusual ways. So, Who am I?
My PERSONAL ECLIPSES,
are part of the landscape and Series of the Patchwork Quilt spread wide upon my mind. So, Some of my PERSONAL ECLIPSES are dark and some are light. And, there are others, which question the places between. I do hope my readers enjoy these various concepts that follow. I want to help people think and to enlighten the dark areas haunting everyone’s soul. No matter how deep you go…you will always find your face. OSKER :)
Subliminals
Sensations and many perceptions, which exist within the minds of all creatures who exist on the face of this earth; are part of each ones existence to live and learn.
Subliminal’s,
are messages, signs, signatures and even those existing or functioning below the thresholds of conscious awareness, are voices crying out to be seen and heard.
Each one crafted for our inner minds pleasure. Each one is made to give accurate reason to our daily existence in surety.
In this diffusion of poems my main dialogue is directed two fold. One: to bring awareness to one’s self; and Two: to lead a person to another pathway of thinking outside of the box they have always dwelt.
Examples are given in the consignment of dreams, visions, impulses, various inspirations, compulsions, and even improvisations done from the heart of the MindSoul, Body and Spiritual Freedoms.
All are giving a voice to our hidden desires and deep seated psyche. Each poem is to inspire the reader to think outside of the social norm and explore another avenue for the lanes of time, space and soul.
I pray that you will be moved.
Patchworks
I picked up another piece of
cloth and added it to the picture being sewed.
Rocking back and forth, my chair was keeping time
as my hands and mind flowed.
In and Out. Over and Under it went.
Each stitch was done unaware.
Habits took over and my hands complied.
A Mental Shut-Down. I had no cares.
Like a compass pointing to directions unknown or unseen;
The needle took on new meanings as the lines were followed between.
Everyday I took a needle in hand
Adding more experiences to my quilt.
Each added patch of cloth was worked into another;
connecting old and new memories, even my innocence or guilt’s.
So my every moment was recorded into each stitch laid into its order.
A story was displayed on cloth, being hemmed in with borders.
My Island Alone
Seeking an Island in the midst of chaos;
I had to almost drown before I learned how to swim.
It took me eternity to fight my own fears.
To learn and face the changing tides—and to accept… What is?
This thought,
I have found—
Even if it be fiction or truth,
Be it accepted by one or none;
It is a place…where I have first begun.
For…every moment is unique,
and—cannot ever be replaced.
Each second of time is new,
and—can be experienced only once.
Every idea is an actual miracle
of thought and self conscience, which is created by the REASON OF BEING,
which is also independent from all other life.
On my Island, Time is not issued, or, parted out.
It is not placed into a bottle and poured out as particles of need.
My Island is now…and I have found it Safe.
Trapped Into A Nutshell
I have been pushing against barriers,
Struggling against the stubborn hulls
closing me inside a cage so dark.
Made of fiber so woven and hard,
creating a shell of dark energy,
which is becoming so empty and stark.
Being built up in layers by layers
so that an armor so thick and sheen
is pushing the world around me away…beyond a invisible wall.
Mental & Emotional Defenses
are needed to fight off the sudden attackers.
I need to be able to fortify my mind
against another blinded fall.
Over time these walls truly turned into dried out husks to enclose me in. A shell to trap me into a natural or unnatural snare.
I wasn’t warned or aware of this harm
