Decade of the Decades
Where do I start? First giving honor to God, the head of my life, for without Him, how would I have the gift of writing and creativity. I also thank Him for my passion, drive, and ambition. I thank God for giving me courage to share with His people my purpose and gifts.
I want you all to know there are grave dangers in living life without purpose, and one of the biggest dangers to me is Father time. If we do not learn and take heed from our lessons, walk in our calling, time passes us by, and the things that we spent time worrying about no longer matter. Look at me, speaking to my age. Speaking of age, it has been a decade almost exactly since I wrote Victoria’s Testimony Volume 1. Look how divine and purposeful God is!
I am sitting down amid many tribulations, and some may call this current time Armageddon. Prompted by God to tell you about the last decade of my life and where my testimonies have brought me thus far.
It’s 2020, and God has us all sitting still because of a pandemic causing mass deaths that circulate throughout the media and across the globe. We are facing race wars, political agenda schemes, protesting, rioting, and looting because of police brutality and injustices against black people. Crisis is everywhere.
However, I still count it all joy! I am blessed despite all I see and hear, and I am thankful to God that even during so much adversity, I am given provision for a time just as this to go forth and share my testimony with you.
So I’ll start. It was about ten years ago—ah yes, a recap. I was deeply rooted in the church, New Life Worship Center to be exact, and had been waiting for my military man to return from active duty, and actively practicing celibacy made it a good year.
Hopefully, you all have read volume 1. If not, go back and read it, but if so, you already know a year without sex is a big deal, at least for someone who was as sexually active as I was.
Now pay close attention as I time lapse back and forth throughout my life so you can see some of the correlations and test that rose throughout the decade that only now am I able to realize, break cycles, curses, repeat offenses, and many other vices that have been set up against our culture.
How do I know if I am not taught?
How do I fight
