In today's generation, many have resigned to the idea that we as living creatures have evolved from non-living matter. Many have shied away from expressing their true belief, which is often supported by their innate conviction that there is a living God who has self-consciousness similar to our own. Often times these individuals cower behind the false teachings of evolution simply because those who espouse these theories purport themselves as being the highly intelligent keepers of the wisdom of the universe. Many people find that they are unable to make logical arguments for the true fact that God and not evolution is the true creator of all things that exist. In this book, I have laid out some of the core ideas that deal with creation as described in the Bible. This book makes a challenge to anyone who is willing to honestly look at what the Bible says about God and creation, as opposed to what is taught by evolution, and to see which makes more logical sense.

All Glory Belongs to God Because He Is the Creator of All Things.

Man is a curious creature who wonders how he and his surroundings came to be. As he experiences death among all living beings, he realizes that he also will die and often wonders what will become of him when he dies. As he tries to figure out what it all means, life and death remains a mystery to him.

The Beginning According to the Bible

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (Gen 1:1)

All over the world and down through the ages, as the ancient Phoenicians looked to the heavens for navigational bearing upon the vast sea, mankind has also looked to the Bible to get a sense of origin and meaning of life. The Bible teaches that before heaven and earth, God existed. It teaches that he is the author and creator of all things both visible and invisible (Col 1:16).

The Bible describes that in six days God created the beginning of everything that exists in this world. In other words, everything that exists or has ever existed in this world can trace its roots back to the beginning as described in Genesis. Different from what many people believe, there are no new things and creatures that are still being created on this earth by God. After God examined all of his work, he declared that it was good (finished, perfect, and flawless) and it pleased him. Having finished creation on the sixth day, he rested on the seventh day from all that he had made (Gen 1:31–2:3). So according to Genesis, an intelligent living God did his work of creation, then rested from his work (Heb 4:4). Because of this rest, there are no new creations of things in this world. Things are simply generated from things that already exist. Some existing things transform from one state into another, but they remain, in essence, what they are. God has designed all living things with a mechanism built within to propagate life of their own kind. This was God’s way of equipping his creation to self-generate.

And because of this, once a species become extinct, it is gone forever from this world.

The Chicken or the Egg

Science and many people have grappled with the phenomenon of which came first, the chicken or the egg. God, in his wisdom, created all living things in their adult state with the capacity to have offspring. He commanded that his creatures should multiply and fill the earth. It is through the birth process that the living creatures produce the offspring of their own kind. However, because of sin this life process now declines into a natural death. This occurs on both the micro and macro level. This natural process has been recorded and thoroughly documented down through the ages. While the Bible and common observation can agree with this, the theory of evolution starts at the opposite end of the spectrum. It teaches that initially there was the embryonic and microscopic stage which evolved over an extended period of time to become a mature stage. Then at some point in time, according
