Day 1
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You For Your Promise that is proclaimed in Your word to come for those who has chosen to live a life committed to Christ by any means necessary. I know that You have given me special gifts, talents, and abilities to use in Your service. Help me not to get entangled and burdened down with the affairs of this life that wars against godly living. Please stir up those gifts, talents, and abilities within me. Help me to see how and what I am to do for You. Please continue to purge and prick my heart and mind of ungodly living so that I can be an example and soldier that spread Your truths to those around me. Work through me, through the power of Your Holy Spirit, to accomplish Your purpose and to draw people to You, Lord Father. I know that all that is done through me is not of my power but of Your Power god. John 14:26–27 says, But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Keep me focus on my purpose You have called me to do and the prize that is at hand, which is to inherit everlasting peace, love, and happiness when Christ return for his own. In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen!
Day 2
Good morning, Heavenly Father. I would never understand how You love me so, but I do trust and believe by faith that You took on stinky flesh, walked the earth, called the chosen, healed the lame, delivered the condemned, took a beating to death so that Your blood would be the perfect sacrifice unto god, our father, to redeem us from sin and make a way to enter into Your everlasting peace. You design the law for us follow, but You knew we couldn’t keep it. So You came and shed Your Blood to deliver us from the wrath to come on all evil. Your grace and mercy is only provided to us who have a mind and heart to live by faith in Christ Jesus, who is our High Priest. Hebrews 10:19–22 declares, Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; And having an high priest over the house of God; Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Thank You for the Living Water of the Word of God, which will never allow me to thirst after the things of the world, as long as I feed and believe on Jesus as the only true way. In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen!
Day 3
Good morning, Heavenly Father. As I think of goodness of Jesus and all He has done for me, my soul and spirit cries out, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah! Glory, glory, thank You, Jesus! You came from glory and died a brutal death so that I can inherit Your glory at the end of my life if I choose to trust and believe and have faith in You. As I reflect today on the passage of time, I remember that You are outside the limits of both time and space. You move in mysterious and transcendent ways. Lord, I pray that You will occupy my every day. I pray that Your sacred presence will permeate the ordinary moments of life. Psalm 139:23–24 says, Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. I pray that You will lead me during my waking hours and speak to me through my dreams. I pray that Your Holy Spirit will reveal to me the ways You have woven redemption into my story. I pray that You will show me how You work in my life to make sure that nothing is wasted in Your kingdom. I pray that You will prepare my heart for the work that You have for me in the days to come. I love You, Lord. Your love is better than anything else I know. Use me for Your glory today and every day. It’s not about me but all about you! In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen!
Day 4
Dear Heavenly Father, today is the day that You have made. Let me rejoice, reflect, and be glad in it. Time after time, You have proven that if I just keep my mind on Thee, when all the different situations that I find myself in and the decisions that I have to make is toward pleasing You, it would be well with my soul because I seek to be led by the Spirit of God and not by the desires of the flesh so that I will not feel condemned or confused. Philippians 2:1–3 says, If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, Fulfill ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Help me to stay focused and lead me to do whatever it is that You have called me to do so that I can receive Your peace and joy that You provide for all who put their trust and have faith in Christ Jesus. Psalm 37:37–40 says, Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace. But the transgressors shall be destroyed together: the end of the wicked shall be cut off. But the Salvation of the Righteous is of the Lord: He is their strength in the time of trouble. And the Lord shall help them, and deliver them: He shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in Him. As I go out today, please allow me to be used to reveal Your glory to help someone learn how to trust in You. In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen!
Day 5
Dear Heavenly Father, oh, how awesome and wonderful You are! You have designed life in a way that requires one to have a made-up mind and heart to choose who they will serve. Whether serving the world and its way that leads to destruction, or God’s way by learning to read, study, accept, and receive Your Holy Bible as the guide to follow in order to become an overcomer of the things and ways of this world to inherit eternal life in Glory. It leads one in Your way, which is narrow, that brings one to believe in Your Son Jesus Christ, as the head of their life, in order to receive salvation and, ultimately, everlasting life in heaven with Thee. Ephesians 2:10 says, For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Thank You for Your Holy Spirit that gives power, love, and a sound mind, while tackling and conquering any burdens and strongholds that tries to lead one away from being a servant of God. First John 4:4–6 declares, Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. Continue to allow me to receive Your Spirit of Truth through studying Your Word so that I can have the victory in believing, trusting, and having faith in Christ Jesus, Who provided the only way to the Father. The John 14:6 declares, Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Please help me to hide Thy Words in my heart so that I might not sin against Thee and be used as a vessel to compel others to come unto You and receive Your peace and blessings that leads to Thee. In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen!
Day 6
Dear Heavenly Father, Satan has caused so many different religions or denominations in this world to slow down Your process or even try to destroy the uniting of Your people as one. You are all-sovereign, omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscience. You are God all by Yourself, and that is why, You designed the Body of Christ to demonstrate the oneness that reveals Your mystery. First Timothy 3:16 says, And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into Glory. Thank You, Father, for providing Your Word to read and study, while seeking a greater revelation of my purpose. Open up my mind and heart to receive Your truth that will set me free of being deceived from knowing the way so that I will not be tossed to and from with every j Word that is not lined up with Your truth. Ephesians 4:4–7 declares, There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. Work in me Lord so that I can use my gift to reveal Your glory that is given to fix the blind, lost, burdened, confused, and the refused. Ephesians 4:12–13 says, For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Thank You for looking at the least likely to succeed to be Your truth seekers that want to be made whole and used as part of Your divine purpose to reveal Your glory, while striving to be with Thee in heaven. In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen!
Day 7
Dear Heavenly Father, help me to have a made-up mind and heart to stand up in the fight as a solider and a light for Christ Jesus the Lord in these dark and evil times that we are facing. Allow Your Word to resonate through me in my daily living so that it would compel others to wake up and recognize where they are in their life, if they are just going through the motion or trying to get self in order to stand before You to be judged for the life lived here on earth. Romans 13:11–12 declares, And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awaken out of sleep; for now is our salvation nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent; the day is at hand. Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Keep me striving to walk after the things of the Spirit that gives light and peace so that I can fight off doing the things of the flesh, which leads to condemnation and the pits of hell. Deliver me from the ways that leads to darkness so that I can be used to help lead others in Your way that leads toward being a light. Block and stop all things that isn’t of You that would lead me away from doing Your will. Give me the boldness, strength, and power to cast down every work that is against the will of god so that I can be an effective and efficient disciple for You, Lord Jesus, and not be afraid when that great and notable day come. Romans 14:11 says, For it is written: "‘As I live,’ saith the Lord, ‘every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God.’" Help me to get it right while I still have breath and a conscious mind to choose to live a life of expectation to be with Thee in glory. In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen!
Day 8
Good morning, Heavenly Father. I come asking that You would continue to fix and build me up to take a stand for serving You, no matter who or what don’t like it. Please keep me steadfast, unmovable, solid, and stable, not being ashamed but being bold in sharing Your gospel, which is the Good News of Jesus Christ Son of God, the Redeemer Savior for the lost, blind, and condemned. Anoint me, Father, from the crown of my head to the
