Rip it up!

I got to thinking, I don’t need to write another book. I started to rip it up.

We have so many resources already: Christian bookstores, newspapers, magazines, newsletters, booklets, tracks, pamphlets, emails, texts, tweets, social media platforms, radio and television programs, etc.

So many books have already been written. And I’ve already told my testimony or story.

I don’t need to say anything else. I felt guilty, like I was only using the Holy Bible to sell books for money.

I got so caught up in the business of the ministry, trying to sell books, starting a non-profit, and building an empire that I forgot to protect the oil and the light. Protect my relationship with Jesus, protect our time of prayer and praise, and spend time being with Jesus, not just doing activities or in church service.

Lord, I pray, please help my son and spiritual sons and daughters in the faith to protect the oil and light. Do not let the oil or anointing run out.

By faith in God, I believe that You will do this thing for me, in Jesus’ name, amen!
