Author

Jamie Hardeman

Jamie Hardeman is a writer, a reader, a cat lady, and a nerd. When it comes to what she likes to read and write, she loves action, absurdity, suspense, witty turns of phrase, and deep truths simply expressed. Aliens, mad scientists, vampires, and vigilantes populate the pages of her work. In addition to writing, Jamie is a freelance editor. Pretty much nothing makes her happier than helping her clients unlock their story's full potential. She is pursuing an MFA in creative writing at Southern New Hampshire University.

    About the Author

    Catch, Carve, Release

    Iblame the cat.

No, I’m kidding. It was my own fault. I blame myself.

But that cat. That fat, smug cat. It never would have happened if not for that cat.

Oh well. I’m settling back into unemployment quite comfortably. When you have enough money (which I do) you have the leisure to be unemployed if you wish. Unless, of course, you have a disappointed, demanding father breathing down your neck. (Which I do.)

My father desires me to make something of myself. To please him, I’ll soon begin searching for employment.
