The owner, Charles Ramboch, was the CEO of Ramboch & Milner Financial INC, and Seth knew from a little research that he was worth millions. The home itself was a Summer getaway—one of Mr. Ramboch's many homes—and was estimated to be worth around 1 million, current market. A guy like Charles Ramboch wouldn't care about the cost as much as he wanted the job done right. He oversaw Seth's work the first two days, then handed off the overseeing duties to his 19 year old daughter, Hannah.
