Importance of Being Yourself
Being yourself doesn't mean you are selfish or you don't care about anyone. Being yourself means you like who you are. Being yourself means living life how you wanted to live it, regardless of other people's opinions. And it just means you respect yourself. Worrying about what others will think is just a waste of time, you can't control them or control their thoughts. Everyone has their own terms and conditions.
I, myself was a kind of person who always thought about the happiness of others and always tried to meet meet the societies expectations. I struggled most of my life with trying to be who i wanted and i have always tried to please others or not do anything to be judged harshly. And most of the time i would end up giving in. I have many cousins of almost similar age of mine and since my childhood I was always being compared with them and used to listen that they are more good than me in comparison to everything, So I always tried to copy them so that i can also get compliments as they are getting. But this became a dream for me, I never was being appreciated for anything. I never used to share anything to anyone and always placed myself below everyone. Sometimes I used to dress myself like them and for this i took up wearing dresses in which i was not even comfortable. In that phase of my life I was lonely. I get very embarrassed and shy at every family party. And I started distancing myself from family members. But I have always wished one thing in my life that I would have one elder sister in my life with whom I can share the things and she should understand me. I have an one elder brother but I never use to share anything with him or family members. So when I came to my degree college (KARNATAKA ARTS, SCIENCE AND COMMERCE COLLEGE BIDAR, KARNATAKA) I got an elder sister, she is a beautiful human being I've come accross in my life. For me she is a very special sister because the one who doesn't love me or understand me they don't care for an explaination, and the people who love me or understands me, they don't need any explaination. So for her I proudly say thank you for being the part of my journey of life.
When you score/get good marks in your studies no one will appreciate you except your parents. You have to realize that only you have to work hard for your parents and for yourself because no one here is concerned about you and your feelings. Don't copy others and think that you are unique and have your own talents and skills. The uniqueness will somehow recognize by you one day. So search yourself in which you are worth it. Always be the best version of yourself.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IS LOOKING INWARD AND FOCUSING ON WAYS TO BETTER YOURSELF. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT INCREASES YOUR SELF-AWARENESS, YOUR SELF-ESTEEM, INCREASES YOUR SKILLS, AND FULFILLS YOUR ASPIRATIONS.

How to build positive attitude?
First thing to do is, think yourself that you are a positive person not the negative one. Think only positive thoughts, speak only positive words. Everytime when you start to think or say something negative, stop. change your sentences into the positive. Pessimists complain about their problems; optimists think of solutions. Advice rather then criticize. Encourage, inspire, motivate
