Who is that Person in the Mirror

For many reasons we often get to a point where we lose ourselves in the rut of life. The questions we start asking ourselves are: Who am I? What do I do? Where do I start? What do I need? How can I achieve it? These are all very difficult questions if you have ‘lost the plot’.

In the classes that I conduct I take women on a journey of SELF DISCOVERY. They discover how to do the best with what they have. I help them discover and appreciate their BEST BITS and give them advice and help on how to disguise and neutralise the concerning bits. I KNOW that every woman HAS BEAUTY!
