CANNABIS EDIBLES COOKBOOK FOR BEGINNERS - Eloise Paul
Chapter 1: Cannabis Cupcakes
D:\Direct Client\Day 11\Images 1\image002_ExyrR8lW.jpgWho doesn't enjoy a good cupcake? You don't have to be under the age of ten to enjoy an icing-topped cake, especially one that just came out of the oven and was baked with your premium marijuana, right? This formula requires a little more experience, but it is still fairly simple and extremely enjoyable, and, of course, you will get high!
Requirements for Supplies:
• 1 tablespoon hemp oil;
• 14 cups agave;
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
• 34 cups all-purpose flour;
• 14 cups baking soda;
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch; and 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 tablespoons of cannabutter;
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
• 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam;
• 2 12 cups sugar.
• It is a fairly simple recipe that begins with turning on the oven and preheating it to around 330 to 350 degrees.
• In a medium to large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and vanilla extract.
• After mixing, make sure all of the dry elements are properly combined with the wet.• Line a cupcake pan with liners and fill it two-thirds of the way with the mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. If in doubt, use a cake tester to ensure that it comes out completely clean, indicating that the cakes are cooked on the inside.
• To make the frosting, cream together the butter and sugar on low speed, then add in the strawberry jam a spoonful at a time.
• Finally, add the vanilla and use a piping bag to decorate your cakes while they cool.
• Serve and have fun!
Chapter 2: Cannab-Ice-Cream
D:\Direct Client\Day 11\Images 1\image004_iLD00sQb.jpgIce cream is a timeless classic of a dessert that is always nice to have in the freezer, ready to eat, right? This formula is completely customizable, and you can use whatever ingredients you want to flavor it to your liking.
Requirements for Supplies:
• 500 ml double cream; 50 g cannabis butter; 75 g sugar
• Fruit of your choice (my favorites are strawberries, bananas, and blueberries)
• To begin this super simple formula, add the double cream to a large pan first.
• Next, heat it to a medium temperature until it starts to rumble.
• In a separate pan, melt 50 grams of cannabutter and 75 grams of sugar together, mixing well.
• Mash your fruit of choice in a separate container until you're satisfied with the consistency.
• Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and freeze overnight.
• As I previously stated, it is simple and straightforward. Enjoy!
Chapter 3: Cannasmoothie
D:\Direct Client\Day 11\Images 1\image006_eCojZmv2.jpgEveryone enjoys a fruity and refreshing smoothie with a nutrient boost, right? If you're looking for a pick-me-up, try this tasty canna-smoothie. All the advantages of a fruit smoothie, but with a twist!
Ingredient:
• 2 tbsp. hemp-coconut oil
• 1 sliced frozen banana
• 1–2 cups coconut milk; 2 cups frozen strawberries; 4 tablespoons pomegranate juice; and 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses for drizzling.
• A small skillet
Instructions:
1. In a small skillet, heat your homemade coconut oil.
When the pan is hot, add your sliced banana and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Take the pan off the heat and set it aside to cool.
3. In the meantime, combine the remaining ingredients, excluding the molasses, in a blender.
4. Next, add your now-cooled banana to the cannabutter and blitz until completely smooth.
5. Divide between two glasses, top with pomegranate molasses, and serve.
Chapter 4: Hungry Strawberries
D:\Direct Client\Day 11\Images 1\image008_58C6IQp5.jpgStrawberries look delicious, so why not top them with some incredible chocolate and elevate it with a Canna Twist?Here is my take on Hungry Strawberries: Marijuana butter will be required for this recipe.
Ingredients:
• 16 oz. milk chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp shortening; 1 pound fresh strawberries with leaves; optional ice cream; optional white chocolate
Instructions:
Step 1: In a double boiler, melt the chocolate while shortening a teaspoon of cannabutter and stirring frequently until it is smooth.
Step 2: Next, hold the strawberries by the stem and dip them about three-quarters of the way into the melted chocolate.
Step 3: Place the stem side down on a wire rack in the fridge to harden.
Step 4: Once hardened, serve with ice cream on the side or drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
Step 5: Plate and enjoy!
Chapter 5: Oreos with Grass
D:\Direct Client\Day 11\Images 1\image010_kjMsYmKF.jpgWho doesn't adore Oreos? Especially if it has the potential to get you high!
Ingredient
• 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar; 1 egg, room temperature
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract;
• 2 cups whole-wheat flour;
• 34 cups cocoa powder;
• 112 teaspoons baking powder;
• 1 teaspoon salt.
• 12 cup room temperature unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon half-and-half;
• 1 tablespoon melted cannabutter;
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract;
• a pinch of salt;
• 312 cups powdered sifted sugar.
Instructions:
Step 1: Cream and combine the butter and granulated sugar until thoroughly combined. Continue to blend after adding the vanilla and egg.
Step 2: Next, sift together the cocoa powder, whole-wheat flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Ensure that there are no lumps until all of the pieces have vanished.
Step 3: Mix the sifted blend into the butter mixture on low speed. Blend everything, including the bits that stick to the side of the bowl.
Step 4: Divide the dough in half, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Step 5: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface. It should be less than 14 inches thick.
Step 6: Cut the shape of your pick and bake for 10 to 13 minutes, or until set.
After the cookies have been baked and cooled, it is time to make that fantastic filling.
Step 1: To begin, whisk together the butter, half and half, vanilla, cacao butter, and salt until well combined. In terms of the mixture, it will be lumpy, so scrape frequently.
Step 2: Add sugar and mix on low speed until thoroughly combined.
Step 3: Once the filling is ready, spread it on one cookie and cover it with another. Serve and have fun!
Note: If you have any leftovers, store them in a jar in the fridge for 15 to 20 days.
Chapter 6: Cannabis-infused Nutella
D:\Direct Client\Day 11\Images 1\image012_EsqV856z.jpgThere must be a chocolate item on every great edibles list for those with the ultimate sweet tooth, and I can think of none better. This marijuana-infused Nutella is a better formula for you. We're going to combine it with some nuts, grass, and our favorite chocolate spread to make one fantastic method.
Ingredient:
• Marijuana-infused oil is required as a supply.
• One Nutella jar
• Bowl for mixing
• This is a super quick and simple recipe, so once you have your Nutella and marijuana oil ready, let's get started.
• Put your Nutella in a mixing bowl; the amount is entirely up to you, depending on how much you need to put together.
• For each portion of Nutella,
