About this ebook

This book was written and dedicated to someone very special to me. My father. He showed me value and the true meaning of hard work and what the reward could be if you do just a little bit more. My fathers’ legacy lives on and through his actions, it paved the way for mine to begin.

    About The Author

    INTRODUCTION

What forces us to push forward and break through our deepest and darkest times? What motivates us to want more and aim high to seek out our full potential when our backs are against the wall? Do we lay down, acknowledge defeat and let what will happen just happen or do we look deep within ourselves and let the inner beast come alive? Do we fold up in a feeble position and accept our failure or take the failure as a lesson to better ourselves moving forward? As one can be ambitious to push themself another can be fearful and settle for what is predestined for him/her. It all comes down to a single most important realization which is, Are you happy with your current living situation? This question reigns power over many millions of people in which they constantly ask themselves. If one can think it then one can believe it. Stephen R. Covey said you have to begin with the end in mind. So, how bad do you really want it? Or would you rather take the easy way out and settle for just being like the vast majority? Would you rather drive a toyota camry and live life paycheck to paycheck or would you seek higher goals and potentially drive a lamborghini or a maserati? It’s all up to you! The sequential question is then how? How can we change our lifestyles? How does the change actually happen? What must we do differently than the others who gave up after numerous defeats?

Our energy is fueled whether positive or negative. Let’s take an example for better understanding of what is being said here. In the U.S. Army commercial, it delivers positive vibes persuading you to feel wanted, intrigued and to seek your inner beast. With the jingle we all know be all that you can be, in the army. What happens next you tell a peer or a parent and remember you just saw the commercial and you are in a positive mindframe. Bam!!! Oh no, you are not joining the army! You could die or something bad could happen to you! Just like that at a snap of a finger what was then positive energy is now negative.

As you go further into this book, you will learn how to be triggered only from the positive energy and how to leave the negative energy behind. My job as an author is to stimulate the minds of millions to give them the sense of urgency to change their mentalities and inspire them. So again, how bad do you really want it? Are you willing to sacrifice something so sacred in order to achieve your ultimate goals? How far are you willing to go? Don’t you think that your family deserves better? Wouldn’t you like to hear your kids bragging to their friends about how great and happy you are? These are just a few of the questions we likely get asked by our mentors or leaders when we are going through a transition in our developments.

Everybody’s desires and wants are different but everyone would prefer to be happy. Everyone wants that easy life where they are living in financial freedom and there is no stress. They can live a healthy life exercising and go on vacations all the while money continues to flow in creating passive income. This isn’t how life is for many however. The question I ask is Are you living the life you always wanted? The most common answers were No!! and all had so many excuses as to why they weren’t. Only a few said yes and those few had common replies as they pushed themselves to attain that lifestyle through pain, struggle and sleepless years. No matter how hard it was they never settled and they remained focused on what they were trying to become. They wanted a better life and made it their lifetime goal to achieve just that. They never stopped when times got hard nor did they ever think of quitting. Their mentality is and always was to be 1% better each day no matter what.

A heavy portion of the population gets up each morning early, often thinking about the day and what they have to do. They grind and face long and tiresome commutes just to be at work on time. In the back of their minds they are thinking payday is coming up and it will be all worth it. But is it? Most get paid and the very next day they are already thinking about the next payday.

The people who believe they are worth more than they are getting paid think a bit differently. They get up just the same every morning but they are living out their life the way they want and not by some power freak or corporate mogul controlling them. They are in control of their own lives. The night before they write down tomorrow’s agenda and prepare everything so they follow the plan to the exact detail. This is quite the opposite for the others who have no set times for their plans. The very few plan every action and when the particular action should take place. They make time for their health and for their families, to exercise and to have fun. They wake up early while most are commuting to get to work either making a set of early phone calls or exercising. When most are working hard they are working smart.

The reason we have these differences is because of fear. Everyone has a fear but very few take a proactive approach in controlling their fears. What is fear? Fear is false events appearing real. Fear is a natural feeling we experience and according to most doctors and studies fear keeps us safe and comfortable. When we get out of our comfort levels fear naturally pops its unwelcomed head. It’s easy to just land a job, be relaxed and have nothing to worry or stress about while working, but to push yourself and strive for something far better and put in time, hard work, dedication and effort is much harder. Therefore, because it’s so hard we run far away from the possibility of creating wealth and we instead take the easy route and live under the powers of our bosses. The question you may ask yourself then is Am I getting paid what I am worth here? Of course the answer is NO! So, why do most settle for less pay and more work then? We live in a society where most people want to live a lifestyle of the rich and famous but they aren’t willing to go out and do the necessary tasks or actions they have to do to get there. They want to have the exotic and luxurious cars that only a few can afford and dream of homes that sit alone with acres of land
