Betsy Kalny Ritchie

Betsy Kalny Ritchie earned a B.S. in elementary education from Kutztown State College (KU) and M.Ed. in School Counseling from West Chester State College (WCU). She has taught elementary school children and counselled middle school students for a total of 39 years. Two of those teaching years Betsy taught with the Department of Defense Dependent Schools on a Marine Base in Okinawa, Japan. Currently, she is retired and lives with her husband in Collegeville, PA. Sophia Habarth is a practicing illustrator and painter, living in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Methacton High School and is currently attending Arcadia University for a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts with a concentration in painting.
