The simple things in life

Y 100-year-old great aunt lives in a care home. She is a brilliantly warm and quick-witted character but towards the end of last year, my great uncle, her younger brother, called my brother, who lives nearby, with great concern as she was apparently out of sorts. What could he do to help? It transpired that she had run out of red wine and, unable to go and fetch herself some more, was quite justifiably hacked off. So my brother took her a delivery and spirits were soon restored. I think it’s quite reasonable
