Introduction

In 2014, my brother Ben and I had flown to Minnesota to speak to the Minnesota Vikings. We had the best time, but as we walked through the bookstore at the airport, I mentioned to Ben, Hey, wouldn’t it be cool if there was something like a children’s book, but for adults also – something timeless?

Ben’s response was, Huh?

Something with a powerful message, yet simplified, enjoyable, and easy to read.

Ben looked up for a minute and said, Hmmm, that could work. And kids could enjoy it also?

Absolutely

So, we went to a restaurant, ordered breakfast and lots of coffee with extra cream, and we wrote this little book.  The idea for the bus was actually based on an experience we had riding a rental car bus. These buses make several stops at the airport and drive you to the rental car location. Ben and I observed all the different people who got on the bus and the different types of attitudes they had. On this particular trip, there was
