SHAMPOO SHOULD ONLY be used when absolutely necessary because it may be quite damaging to your hair and scalp and remove all the essential natural oils. Particularly if your shampoo contains sulphates. So simply shampoo your hair twice a week and wash it four to five times a week.

When you exit the shower, refrain from being aggressive. Because hair is very delicate and prone to breakage when it's wet, don't use a towel too vigorously to dry; instead, just pat it dry. If you don't, you'll lose a lot of hair.

Additionally, avoid brushing your hair when it's wet because doing so will induce pulling and tugging, both of which are undesirable. And these issues can be anything from hormonal to endocrine, including thyroid disease, polycystic ovarian syndrome, pregnancy, androgen, and alopecia. Either male or female pattern baldness Many drugs have the potential to reduce hair growth.

Hair loss can result from severe stress, especially if it's a rapid jolt on an emotional or physical level. During that period, you can lose additional hair. Significant weight loss, particularly quick weight reduction, can result in nutritional deficits and hair loss. Extreme hairstyles, such as sporting daily tight buns or extremely tight braids, can increase your hair loss frequency. And
