Professor Stephen Smith Stephen engages in dialogue to help leaders, teams, and boards discover what they really want. Steve is a founding partner at The Colloquium Group and has worked as a consultant, coach, change agent and CEO of three medium-sized organisations.He has completed substantial international research in: (1) leadership health, resilience and effectiveness, and; (2) the social dynamics of learning and knowledge creation. He holds a PhD from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Sydney, and a Doctor of Management from the School of Management at Southern Cross University.
