PREFACE

What is an entity? The online Merriam-Webster defines an entity as something that has separate and distinct existence and objective or conceptual reality. In the context of this book, an entity is a dark force or being that is separate from the original divine soul in the body and has taken over control in order to manipulate, control and drain the energy of those around it." (See page 1 of this book.)

For the first several years of my daughter’s life, I was in one consciousness due to many factors: upbringing, environment, the situation of being a single parent with her most of the time. I was in lower dimensions, in fight-or-flight mode often and constantly in survival mode. This was all as a result of my daughter having an entity.

Luckily, my spiritual awakening began soon thereafter and allowed me to grow and expand spiritually despite the seemingly dire circumstances at the time. Thanks to my spiritual mentor, we were able to identify it, making it possible to truly see the entity and its web of manipulation. And thanks to all the work I did myself, making it my top priority and time commitment, I was able to expand beyond the limitations imposed upon me by the entity and by myself. I did not consciously impose such restrictions, but unconsciously I did. Coming from a lower frequency at the time, I had set up my own prison without even knowing it. As a result, I learned to follow my heart, and that allowed for the guidance of my Higher Self to come through so the healing and expansion could begin.

It became clear to me that for my own survival and sanity I had to prioritize myself and my awakening. I read and tried everything and found the things that made the biggest difference in my physical, emotional, and mental health. I discovered I am an empath, and I researched what that meant in depth, and began utilizing different energetic protection practices. I worked with a spiritual mentor, who was also my partner, and I went to weekly healing sessions that assisted me in moving forward energetically and emotionally rather than stalling out, as I had done in the past. Once I began the spiritual mentorship, it became clear quite quickly that my ascension and the entity were completely intertwined. The only way I could navigate both was to focus on one: my ascension, which in essence is the focus of raising one’s vibration.

After being on this journey for a while, I realized that there is a difference between a therapist receiving information in a therapy session once a week, which is contorted by the patient-therapist relationship, and someone doing research in books and online, versus living and breathing and being related to your own flesh and blood with an entity. I realized I had deep insights that could help others identify and be free of entities as well.

Included as well are immeasurable insights and information channeled by my spiritual mentor-partner. I am forever grateful for all the divine assistance which helped identify patterns, shed light on confusing behaviors, and gave insight as to the best ways to move forward, all of which escalated the awakening journey. This is undoubtedly a unique and intimate perspective on dealing with an entity.

My story and other peoples’ stories are all unique or different. My intention here has been to gather as much information as I could from my personal experiences and research in order to assist others in navigating their way through their own huge endeavor.

You have been around these entities for centuries even if you are just now becoming aware of them. Fear only lowers your vibration, while raising your vibration and frequency allows for these attachments to be released and for you to rise above them. So fear not, and raise your vibration in every way that you can in order to find your freedom!

INTRODUCTION

It is requested from above, dear reader, that every time you open this book to read, to absorb, and to feel the Light language in these words, you also open your heart and free your mind of all criticism and judgment towards me, yourself, and anyone else who might be dealing with an entity of sorts. Send me, yourself, and all who have an entity in their lives unconditional love to assist in clearing and healing these traumas. Criticism and judgment will only block the healing process. No one truly knows someone else’s situation, soul contracts, or the missions they came here for. One of my many missions was threefold: to experience this entity in order to know firsthand what it is like to be so closely associated with one, to be able to identify and deal with its tactics in detail in order to help myself and others, and to heal thousands of years of ancestral traumas.

The sections are short to make them easy to find when you are flipping through for assistance and to work with one or two sections at a time. The information is succinct but deep and profound. Integration and processing time is recommended throughout the book, so that it can be its most helpful for you. So take your time and do not feel rushed. It is all in divine timing.

Throughout the book, I refer to the entity as it—not to be cold or uncaring, but to be clear that I am discussing the being and its actions as separate from my daughter, a pure, beautiful, divine soul like us all.

I have used a fictional name to protect my daughter, and for clarification while reading, her dad and I were together when she was born, and then we divorced when she was three years old.
