About this ebook
Fernando Fernandez has led us to use our acumen, develop mental toughness, and guide us to be decision-makers. In his books and some articles published on different webpages, he also analyzed current trends in work culture and global markets, such as "The Great Resignation," "The Tang Ping," and many other subjects in his books and some articles. What does it mean to be challenged to lead? Are you moved by changes?
What's leadership? What does it take from you to be a successful leader? He explores the stepping stones that will show the path; the rest is up to you. Between schooling and work experience, which one is more important? What does HR prefer?
A leader is anyone who can structure a team and inspire the people around him; takes responsibility; has values, including integrity; recognizes others' work; and promotes
What is the reason for the existence of an emotional salary? It is about improving and promoting the quality of work, and the same goes for work-life balance. Emotional rewards are more than back slapping, cheesy or meaningless phrases. And in fact, these days, a good salary is not the same as job satisfaction, which workers consider a balance. What can leaders do to improve this situation?
Furthermore, helping others grow professionally encounters some reluctancy, even though their development is part of the teaching and the ultimate goal is to create leaders that can be independent and make things happen wherever they go.
What about soft and hard skills? They are explored in depth. What soft and hard skills are linked to leadership? In the traditional work culture, we are witnessing "Quiet Quitting" and more recently, "Quiet Firing." How are leaders copying them? Did you see them coming? Or are you just reacting after the avalanche has covered you?
"Stepping Stones to Leadership" teaches you how to be a leader, not a "boss," and how to make an impact in any organization you work in, even as an entrepreneur.

Stepping Stones to Leadership - Fernando Fernandez
Introduction
Is it normal to get dressed in clothes that you buy for work and drive through traffic in a car that you are still paying for in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes, the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it? It is not just cultural; it also has some implications. In many countries where public transportation is chaotic, it is better to have your own means of transportation to reliably commute back and forth to work.
In countries like Japan, it is shocking to see parking lots at work full of vehicles. They would use public transportation to work, and if they own a vehicle, they may rent it while working to earn some extra money to pay for it and not to have a liability lying there in the parking lot while you are putting in lots of hours.
A vehicle may be more of a status symbol in some countries than a need for transportation. Certain brands are preferred over others simply to demonstrate your financial status, even if you cannot afford to purchase them. Foolishness steps in; a leader shouldn’t care about such nonsense.
Everything is temporary; emotions, thoughts, and even people; don’t get attached to them and let them flow.
It's an unspoken addiction, a life of excessive consumption, self-imposed capitalist consumerism through the media. Useless activities that often give immediate pleasure are due to a lack of moderation. This does not mean excess, such as human beings were not created to be exposed to the pleasures that exist in today's world. Do you know the effects of this addictive consumption on your brain? It literally fries the dopamine receptors.
The difference between needs
and wants
is importance. In doing so, you will be eternally stuck doing what you want to do and not be loved by others. Whatever you say, things never look good for people who feel empty and project their feelings onto others. We and others were doing things at that level of consciousness. It's never the same and it's not about judging you. We are all different. You can't change your family. Sometimes it's best to keep your distance and walk a lot to keep your sanity. It's Your Family When you don't understand anything, meditation brings clarity to your soul. If you are afraid, get in touch with nature. Close your eyes and listen to the sounds of nature, the ocean, and everything around you. The moment you feel connected, you speak to the fire and become a master of change. Attachment is the root cause of human suffering. If you feel stuck, you don't move forward, and everything slows down. Talk to the water, watch the waves move, watch the rivers and oceans flow, and don't get attached to anything... the new constant. If the thoughts won't stop, meditate, take a deep breath, exhale slowly and repeat the following thoughts until that inner voice disappears for a moment. Some of these worries arise from past events, most others from imaginary events that never happened. Get in touch with yourself and introspectively call upon your higher self, your conscience, your essence, your inner voice, and more. to get the answer to your question. When you have suicidal thoughts, you walk barefoot in the garden. You feel the earth. You don't feel alone.
Some experts nowadays focus on options to lead more tender and liberated lives.
There are people who specialize in seeing the faults of others. However, they are unable to see their own. If you have a glass ceiling, don't throw stones at it. The result is clear because the warrior within you is weakened by listening to your words. Make friends with people of all ages who speak other languages, meet people who are where you want to be, and help people who are below your level to improve. Don't be discouraged if others refuse to help you. Remember to thank everyone who said no to me. I like people who offer expensive and valuable things like time, loyalty, and honesty.
In life, we must avoid the three geometric shapes: vicious circles, love triangles, and square heads. Failure is a part of success. School teaches us that failure is bad. Nevertheless, through failure we grow, learn, prosper, and change. Failure and success are part of the whole. Schools teach you to be a great employee. However, they don't teach you to be a great entrepreneur. Your earning potential is limited if you work for someone else. The sky is the limit when you become your own boss. They don't teach you to be thrifty, to live within your means and, above all, to help you overspend on things you don't need to show to people who don't care. This is the frivolity of society, and sticking to a budget is considered stingy when it comes to controlling spending. We all know that if you wait and save what you have left at the end of the month, you will have nothing left. Before a salesperson can use it, they must teach you the basics of investing in stocks, mutual funds, bonds, and real estate. As relevant as it is to learn how to invest, establishing an emergency fund is essential because it is an essential part of your personal finances. I don't know a single financial expert who wouldn't recommend an emergency fund. However, many adults don't have one. You need an emergency fund that covers at least three to six months' salary.
Rich people are not arrogant, bored, happy, spoiled or rude. Having money is not a bad thing. If there is a rich person who inherits and has it, no problem. Money doesn't go out as fast as it comes in. It only happens when your income is too low to meet your basic needs. If you have money, you can't lose it. The problem is that many people just have money in the bank and put it in a savings account that only pays a paltry 0.25%. Buying is not a bad thing. The ultimate goal is always to invest and earn money to cover the cost of what you want. When you say you can't afford it, it's a reaction to your spirit of poverty. There are always ways, funds, and plans for the future, not now.
Did you know that the attraction can last up to 4 months? After this time, you are in love. The infatuation phase can last from four months to a year. If you go beyond this point, you can say that what you are feeling is true love. If you have had 5 years or more, it is a long-term relationship; if you have had 10 years or more, it is a bond; and a family relationship for more than 15 years. The reality of this life is that lawyers want you to take legal action. Doctors live on the fact that you get sick and can't be cured. The police expect you to commit a crime and become a criminal. Teachers expect you to be an idiot who indoctrinates himself and fills himself with stereotypes and a lot of crap. A prostitute doesn't expect you to get married or be sexually happy with your partner, so you seek her services, happy to be a patient for the rest of your life without a toothbrush or floss, and the mechanic gets angry when you buy a new car. He longs for you to have an old vehicle that constantly breaks down so he can fix it in his shop. Politicians want you to be poor, uneducated, ignorant, and desperate enough to vote for them. The funeral home owner wants the worst to happen to you. I hope he dies so he can provide funeral services for his family. The only person who wants your happiness is a thief who steals from you.
Our outer life is what is not real. Our dreams and subconscious are the real things. My mental picture is now looming into my outer horizon. The word in my brain is the seed of my reality. You are held accountable for every idle word.
I. Stepping Stones to Leadership
I think they've always believed in me. And that's something that I feel so fortunate to have because they're never trying to put me on the spot and test me to see if I crack. They want to build you up; they want to make sure you fulfill your potential.
George Russell, F1 driver.
The secret of success is to conquer that which money cannot buy
and be held in a vise-like grip by that old monster, fear. Nature abhors vacuums, voids, or emptiness; it tends to fill those voids. Leadership should account not only for the success of an organization but also for the individuals’ development. Yes, your team, that’s it.
The causes of failure are due to a lackadaisical approach that your supervisor or team leader used. Instead of highlighting your strengths and helping you overcome your shortcomings, they only see the empty glass. It is also true that in most cases, egregious poor decision-making skills are the subproduct of wrongful leadership.
A leader should not be a boss. That’s a wrong approach. However, someone who can facilitate your growth within or outside the institution by being a role model, a guide, or a source of inspiration rather than a permanent source of stress or a control freak is preferred. You need to learn to delegate and trust in your assets, the people that will be the leaders of the future, the relievers.
What is leadership? It includes several aspects, such as the individual's ability to influence, motivate, organize, and take action to achieve goals and objectives involving individuals and groups within the framework of values. In addition, leadership is a possibility and can be developed in many ways and in very different circumstances. It is intimately related to personal and collective change and transformation. Embrace leadership as an opportunity for many people in a variety of contexts, including education, family, sports, work, academia, society, the military, and politics. Leadership is also a skill that arises from the diverse potential of individuals and groups. Leadership, therefore, is about influencing and motivating others, transforming individuals and groups, and having opportunity and potential. What are leadership key characteristics?
The main characteristics of leadership are: the ability to use energy efficiently and responsibly. A leader must know how to redirect power without abusing it and use it responsibly. Act authoritarian, make mistakes, lose your position. The ability to understand that everyone has different motivations. A person's motivation varies according to the occasion and the situation. Leaders must understand the behavior and situations of employees. Therefore, depending on the situation, we must anticipate different types of motivations to achieve group stability. The ability
